The guided tour around the old city took in many stops with a knowledgeable guide. Good if you're interested in that sort of stuff, but I found it boring in the end. We were offered another tour, which on hindsight we should have taken. Not enough cycling for my liking. We only covered 4.5 miles in close to two hours. On returning to the bike shop and to our surprise we were told that we could keep the bikes for the rest of the day! The lovely lady in charge of the shop advised us on where to go, showing a route down the coast to Boccadasse. We had a lovely time with fantastic and safe cycling lanes along most of the route. Highly recommend. We had plenty of time to enjoy our afternoon. The shop doesn't close until 6:30.

The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were flexible as to what we wanted to see on the tour and tailored it to what we wanted. The bikes were easy to ride and there were frequent stops with interesting facts and information. The guide welcomed questions along the way and made us feel very comfortable. We managed to see much of the city and learn quite a lot in the 2 1/2 hour tour which seemed to pass very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Luca was a great guide! He made the bikes for well and work great! We traveled to see places we wanted to visit. Great tour!

At the last minute we did not know where to rent a bike on a Sunday morning .. We came across this shop in the historic center by chance. Super experience for quality and prices for bike rentals. Even more important for me the professionalism, the empathy that has those who served us .You see that there are still people who have passion , knows how to treat customers well, even very nice and handy .I would recommend it to everyone and sure we will return to rent other times bicycles .We would know from today who to turn always in the future .Complimenti. I forgot ... in the end he gave us a basil seedling from the greenhouses of Pra. Vote 10

Paolo was amazing… he gave me the most incredible tour of Genova . He started with the typical tourist attractions & asked what I would like to see? My response to him was… you grew up here show me your favorite places. One of the best tours I have ever been on! Laura who Runs the bike shop has the best equipment in town! Super nice, kept my bag for me and was very chill on what & how long tour was! Loved the layed back feeling & comfort level with them. Highly recommended

Superb service! We had booked through a site that was not operated by the shop itself but the shop owner helped us out in short notice so we still managed to do a bike tour 30mins later. The e-bikes we got were well maintained and the guide gave us an interesting tour around Genoa, visiting different spots with panoramic views and showing us its history. 10/10!

This was a very exciting and informative way of experiencing Genova within a short time frame. I highly recommend.
