We traveled with as family of 4 (a senior, a 2 year old, 10 year old) and all of us had a great time. The trip started off a little confusing with seating arrangements mixed up between a bus and private car. But after that, everything went smoothly and all was organized well. Haroon was a very friendly guide and we felt we got a good experience without the hassle of trying to organize everything ourselves. I would recommend this tour for anyone short on time or just want an easy niagara falls experience.

Airlink Tours is NOT a good choice in Toronto.
I contacted Airlink tours and communicated with their sales agent, Haroon, by e-mail. He gave me a price per person for a tour of Niagara Falls including the boat, the journey behind the falls, and the Tower. We were 9 persons. When he sent the email with the total amount, he added the GST. I asked if he could do it including the GST because I was comparing to other companies on Trip Advisor. Then he came up with a bizarre quote doubling the prices and asked if I was happier like that. I told him no and I prefered his previous quote. Then he said his quote had been in USD and not in Canadian dollars. It didn't make sense to be adding GST when quoting in USD. All his quotes were using the $ dollar sign without specifying the currency. Anyway I felt deceived and turned him down. I don't care that Airlink claims to be the largest tour company in Toronto. To me they are dishonest and treated me unfairly. We finally did the tour with Zoom Tours who picked us up with a new van and all worked well.

Our pricing was not intended to be misleading. HST is added to the subtotal as applicable and is shown separately in our quotations. The confusion in this case appears to have resulted from the currency being discussed. You initially requested a quotation in USD and subsequently asked for the price in Canadian dollars. These were different currency quotations, which explains the difference in the totals.
Paying in USD does not mean that applicable Canadian taxes are waived. Taxes are based on the applicable Canadian transaction and are not removed simply because a customer chooses to pay in U.S. dollars.
We also want to clarify that the change in price was not an attempt to "double" the price or deceive you. It reflected the change in currency requested and the applicable taxes. We regret that the communication left you with a different impression. but we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our business as dishonest. We are pleased to hear that you ultimately enjoyed your Niagara Falls visit. We respect your choice of tour operator and wish you all the best.

Seriously schedule challenges
Driver did not even try to keep the schedule. We were more and more late after each stop. At the worst we were sitting in the bus at a parking lot for 40 minutes waiting for some passengers. We came back seriously delayed. One should not have any plans after this trip. But otherwise good trip and worth it.

On many of our trips, we welcome senior travelers who may need a bit more time getting to and from the bus at each stop. When passengers run late, our staff has to make a tough choice: if they leave late arrivals behind, they face severe complaints for stranding people, but waiting for them causes frustrating delays for everyone else, as you experienced during that 40-minute wait.

Outlandish Niagara tour
This is a comprehensive well thought of tour without any time wasted. Exceeded my expectations all the way! Haroon was very accurate with timing and made sure we all had a wonderful time. 5 stars

Beautiful sights, but pick another company.
Not as advertised. The itinerary showing on the reservation makes it sound like you are going on a tour and learning about the falls and maple syrup etc.
Instead, this felt more like a transportation company dropping you off at the spots in a random order, and telling you to be back a certain time. Sometimes it was not entirely clear what was expected of us or what we were supposed to do. There was also an issue with either our driver and/or the vehicle. Of the six people in the vehicle, 3 got car sick on the way there and back.
If you like to be left alone for most of the day, visit overpriced and mediocre tourist food traps, and learn absolutely noting about Niagara, this tour is for you. (But the sights were beautiful)

Boat tour was nice, drive was smooth, meeting instructions clear. More time needed for lunch which was combined with the maple and chocolate tasting--less than an hour. Entire bus was rushing our takeout at the bus stop.

Incomplete but satisfactory
There was no boat ride for weather issues and the hydromassage never took place, however the guide was very attentive and friendly throughout. Willing to support at all times.
