Best experience and so glad we chose this class - it was our real privilege to be in Juanita's home and learn from someone who herself learnt from her Nonna and has a passion for sharing her knowledge and skills. Juanita is a great teacher, shared "how to" tips and tricks which make all the difference to a recipe, but she is also a lot of fun, funny and interesting. Fabulous small group size. We were offered bread, oil, artichoke, meats, etc. and her own peperonata, with wine, while we waited for the dough to rise, and then we ate the focaccia and pasta, with coffee to finish, so the class includes a lovely meal. This is a very genuine Italian cooking class. Highly recommend Juanita.

We loved everything about this class - from joining Juanita in her home to the instruction and the delicious meal we shared, it was perfect. With just us and one other couple, it was the perfect group size for the class. Juanita was a perfect instructor, and an excellent chef. We had a few hours to share this experience in her home, but I wish we could've spent days talking to her about Italy, her family and cooking. We would absolutely do this again, and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

More than our expectations. Anita was a warm and welcoming host. She was entertaining as well as a perfect teacher. The whole experience was beyond what we expected. Not only did we learn how to make focaccia and pasta but Anita presented a magnificent apperativo with locally produced foods and excellent wine. She welcomed us into her home like old friends and she shared her knowledge and love of creating wonderful food with charm and a few jokes along the way. We walked away not only with our stomachs full but also with a long lasting memory of a great experience. Thank you Anita for making this an exceptional evening.

We loved our evening at Juanita's! It was such a fun experience, the food served was excellent as well as the dishes we prepared. The apartment is lovely, and so is the host! We had such a nice time with the other guests attending. Do yourself a favour and book this experience, you'll leave with good memories and great recipes.

Juanita was amazing!! She welcomed us into her home. She gave us appetizers and drink and we got to make focaccia and orecchiette. She is very patient. She played Italian music in the background. It was a wonderful evening.

My mom, son, and I wanted to do something memorable in Bari. We wanted to have a unique Italian experience in one of the food capitals of the world. We had such a wonderful time with Juanita at our cooking class. She has a beautiful apartment, easy to find in the city. We made delicious focaccia and pasta. We will always remember this! And we hope to cook everything for our friends when we get home! Soooooo delicious!

What an incredible experience! Anita had us in her home and was so welcoming. She was enthusiastic and very kind. Everything we could have hoped for. Quickly becoming the highlight of our trip. Must do.

Juanita made the class fun and very inclusive. The focaccia we made was the best I have tasted and the orecchiette, delicious. I will definitely try making them at home.

This was an INCREDIBLE experience. Juanita taught how to make focaccia and orechiette. She provided lots of feedback - she actually teaches and isn't just putting on a show. She also served wine and cooked a multi-course dinner. I left stuffed and ridiculously happy. By far the BEST experience I have had on my Italy trip. She does provide the recipes and the link to her food blog. Strongly recommend and would consider doing again.
