We used their service twice while visiting the all inclusive resorts and they have provided great service every time. Easy to find them at the airport, timely arrival and employees are very professional. The drivers are courteous and drive very safely to your destination.
I had a great experience using Happy Shuttle. I even left my purse in the van after being dropped off and it was brought back to me. Both of our drivers to and from the airport were great.
We have used Happy Shuttle many times, but recently the service started to decline. Today was the worst though. The airline changed our flight time. It was after hours, so we emailed and sent a message via WhatsApp to Happy Shuttle to notify them. When we landed, we received an email from them that our car was cancelled for no-show and they kept our full payment. We called them and they refused to help, and made us pay the full amount again! Wth? We're stranded at the airport after a 10 hour flight and had no other option but to pay the full $200 amount again. Disgusting. I will dispute this with my credit card company.

As part of our operational policy, all transportation services are scheduled and confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. In cases where passengers do not arrive or contact us, reservations are flagged as a no-show after a courtesy waiting period of up to 2 hours after the flight has landed in Cancun. Unfortunately, in this case, we did not receive any message or email notifying us about the flight delay before the service was marked as a no-show. While the original reservation could no longer be operated as scheduled, our team still worked to accommodate you the very same day by arranging a new service at an additional operational cost, and we also applied a discount as a courtesy. We truly value your past trust in our company and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Great and friendly person. Had plenty of information to give for recommendations. Was there on time and got us to our destination on time as well.

Jorge was on time and he was very polite and an excellent driver. Car was extremely clean and cool. We requested for a car seat and it was already installed. Last but the most, price was unbeatale compare to the one that hotel recommended. Will definitely use Happy shuttle again:
