This option does not include the Boat Cruise or Journey Behind the Falls; the attraction-inclusive options were available separately at the time of booking. The Tour Only option is intentionally designed for guests who want transportation to Niagara Falls with **ample free time to explore independently**, allowing them to decide how they would like to spend their time and purchase attractions separately if they wish. This particular experience is a timed guided tour rather than a freedom-style tour, so the guide is required to follow a set itinerary and scheduled meeting times throughout the day. Our tour vehicles and guides are monitored by GPS, which allows us to confirm that the published itinerary and timing are being followed. The departure time from the meeting point was 12:30 PM. As you were waiting at the Sheraton, our team arranged for someone to come and look for you, and we’re glad we were able to reconnect you with the group.
