Fun, interactive and interesting. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to explore a city for the first time. Good luck!
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad you found the game fun and engaging, and that it added a unique layer to your city exploration. It’s wonderful to hear you’d recommend it, and we hope your future adventures are just as exciting!
There was no experience. The concept looked really interesting and i was looking forward to it, but the delivery was awful. The code required was not on the voucher received, i have tried everything on there and the app wasn't helpful either. There were two of us trying different things, too... Also, i have contacted customer support of the experience and they haven't replied.
I’m truly sorry to hear the experience fell short, especially after you were excited about the unique concept and looking forward to it. We know how disappointing it can be when things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that everyone enjoys a smooth and engaging adventure. It also sounds like there may have been difficulties with the activation process. We strive to ensure a smooth experience for all our players, and it's disappointing to know that this wasn't the case for you. Please reach out to us at care@questoapp.com, and we'll help resolve this for you as soon as possible!

An incredible way to discover the city of Porto! The possibility of walking around the city and getting to know different spaces makes the experience very interesting. Added to that, the fact that we receive information about the places we visited through a story, makes it even more fun!
