Fantastic experience E C Minibus! I booked with this company for transfer from Heathrow airport to downtown London hotel, and then from the hotel to Dover cruise terminal with a return after our cruise to Heathrow Airport. Our family of eight had a fantastic experience with this company. The drivers were easy to find at the airport, our hotel, and the cruise terminal. The drivers were prompt, courteous, and made sure our experience was comfortable. A big shout out to JoAo, our driver from our London hotel, to Dover cruise terminal and from Dover cruise terminal to Heathrow Airport. He was fantastic. I also want to thank Emanuel Caires who was my email contact throughout our experience. Emmanuel was prompt to answer my emails and all the questions I had regarding our trip. Prompt driver, arrived in a timely manor. Delt with luggage and checking with hotel, assisted with luggage into the Best Western Dover.
