Everything went well except that I booked for a bus that accommodates 11 people plus 22 luggage. What I got was 2 vans therefore our group was separated which was not a good deal

Dear Noemi,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we’re glad to hear that most aspects of your trip went well, we sincerely apologize for not providing the bus you booked for your group. We understand how frustrating it must have been to be separated into two vans, especially when you were expecting to travel together.
Your experience doesn’t meet the standard of service we strive to provide, and we will review this situation with our team to understand why the correct vehicle wasn’t arranged. If there’s anything we can do to make up for the inconvenience or if you’d like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
