We had an absolutely amazing time on our tour of the Kraków Salt Mines! Our host and driver Olaf,( was on time to pick us up and bring us back to our hotel )was incredibly pleasant, highly knowledgeable, and deeply passionate about the history. We deeply appreciated that he took his time with us and even provided an extra bonus tour around the area. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Kraków! Thank you Olaf for the fantastic experience and top tier hospitality!

The other reviews really sum up the trip - it is amazing and a definite highlight, but we would like to mention Thousand Miles who we booked through, which included travel to and from the mine. Our driver Olaf was fantastic, different level. The commentary he gave was so interesting, informative and entertaining. Rather than take a straight drive he also went out of his way to show us some sights we may not otherwise have seen, a real bonus and not expected. He gave some great recommendations of places to visit, eat & drink. Overall customer service that will be difficult to beat.

We had pawel as our driver today to visit the salt mines - lovely gentleman, informed us of all the information we needed even walked us to the entrance to show us where exactly to go. Pawel even sent further trips and tours for future reference and dropped us back to our chosen destination. Perfect experience

Incredible day at the Salt Mines! Huge thanks to Margaret for the flawless pickup and drop-off was super organized and made the whole trip stress-free. She was also vey friendly and knowledgeable.

I contemplated doing this on our own... train tickets, salt mine tickets etc but this makes it so easy. Hotel pick up was offered and they communicated when stuck in traffic. We picked up 2 other groups and were on our way in a comfortable van. It was convenient that tour tickets were included, all you had to do was book and pay. We still did have to wait in line but it went quickly. The Salt mine itself exheeded expectations, but I really didn't know what to expect. This mine is HUGE! The only tricky part is as you are exciting the mine, you get in an exit line.... some direct you to an elevator that is where the entrance was... ours directed us (not by choice) to a 20 minute walk in the mine to get to an elevator which took us into the entrance in town. It was not an issue with this tour, as they told us to text them if we ended up in town... they promptly picked us up in the van at that location.
