As a travel agent who booked via get your guide I can honestly say the WhatsApp messsges are so helpful and our driver got us there nice and safe and returned safe. Our guide at the salt mines was very friendly and helpful and answered questions and he is very passionate and we learned that his father actually worked in the mines. The stairs at the start are the most and manageable as I suffer with chronic pain then the rest is very gradual and walkways. You can get the lift back up to the top or choose to go up all the steps ( I choose the lift ). There is 2 exits we came out in the town and it was only a short walk back to the mines and it was lovely seeing the mining town.

Favourite Poland experience
My absolute favourite experience in Poland. Our driver (Casper) was fantastic, easy pick up, and recommended some great restaurants, talked about the things we drove past, and was generally a wonderful person.
The salt mine itself was INCREDIBLE. I cannot recommend this experience enough. They have their own guides at the mine, and he was very good. The gift/coffee shop and toilets at 100+ metres were a nice surprise! The panoramic lift in the final chamber was well worth the £2 to go up, providing a true sense of scale.
They also do weddings!

The driver was very...
The driver was very friendly and gave clear directions and updates. The tour was very cool to see some parts of the mine that were hundreds of years old. The tour guide was great, spoke clearly, maintained a good pace, and explained things well.

Great experience
Great experience. Pick up was confirmed well in advance and we were collected on time with no issues. Driver pointed out some local landmarks on the way to the mines. Well organised at the mines. Our driver took us to a designated spot and confirmed area for meeting afterwards. The guide at the mines was great very knowledgable. It’s definitely an experience and there are lots of steps on the way down. Overall was a great experience.

First visit
Great tour, very interesting, good pace for those with walking difficulties, well worth visit. Pick up given a 4 as they dont drop you back to hotel, you have to make your own way back from a meeting point, but overall thoroughly enjoyed, and would recommend.

Fantastic trip to Salt Mines
Excellent trip to Salt Mines. Great communication from guide for pick up. He was amusing and knowledgable about Krakow. Guide at the mines was also fantastic. Very organised, clear and imparted great information to the group. We were dropped back at hotel but guide did give us the option of dropping us elsewhere if we wanted him to. Would highly recommend this excursion if visiting Krakow.
