クラクフから塩鉱山のあるヴィエリチカ町までの移動からツアーが始まります。 あらかじめ決められた場所（ホテルなど、お客様が選択した場所）から、指定された日時にバスでピックアップします。 搬送には約30分かかります。
訪問の一環として、塩鉱山への個別入場券と、あなたの言語を話すプロのガイドを受け取ります。このガイドは、英語、ドイツ語、フランス語、スペイン語、イタリア語、ロシア語のいずれかの選択された言語で利用できます。塩鉱山への訪問は、最大 30 人のグループで行われます。また、ツアー中にヘッドフォンのセットを受け取ります。 鉱山には地下に 9 つのレベルがあります。ツアーでは、特定の歴史的時期における塩採掘の歴史について学びます。ガイドと一緒に、迷路のような回廊と、数多くの彫刻、岩に彫られた礼拝堂、地底湖があるテーマごとの部屋の複合体を訪れます。喘息やアレルギーに悩む方に最適な鉱山特有の微気候を感じ、健康への効果を実感してください。ツアー終了後、エレベーターで地上に戻ります。観光後、ドライバーがお待ちの駐車場に戻ります。
塩鉱山の探索を終えて車に戻ると。運転手は、クラクフの所定の場所からホテル、またはメイン広場の旧市街まで（あなたの決定に従って）お連れします。

Daniel our driver was awesome punctual , cordial, flexible. We loved how well the tour company communicated with us!
An excellent way to get to the salt mine. Our driver Daniel kept us up to date and made sure we were in ok.
Overall we enjoyed the tour, but the group size felt a little too large at 35 people and I think there should be a minimum age for participation.

Lots of walking. But so worth it!! The tour guide had an amazing personality and sense of humor, kept everything very interesting, and really knew the history of the mines.

We were punctually picked up by the nice driver Ivan who already passed us all the pick-up information the day before and guided us to the entrance. The guide offered a lot of information but spoke very quickly so we could not always pick up everything properly. The salt mines themselves are absolutely impressive, a “must see” the tour took about 2h. After that you still had the opportunity to visit the museum (45min) but due to lack of time this was not possible for us, only our fellow passengers had a tight timetable. Cost was a bit on the high side.
Very rushed in busy times no chance to observe in peace at most crucial areas. No directions outside when exiting from large elevator hard to find way back to drop off area can take 15 min walk or longer
