クラクフから塩鉱山のあるヴィエリチカ町までの移動からツアーが始まります。 あらかじめ決められた場所（ホテルなど、お客様が選択した場所）から、指定された日時にバスでピックアップします。 搬送には約30分かかります。
訪問の一環として、塩鉱山への個別入場券と、あなたの言語を話すプロのガイドを受け取ります。このガイドは、英語、ドイツ語、フランス語、スペイン語、イタリア語、ロシア語のいずれかの選択された言語で利用できます。塩鉱山への訪問は、最大 30 人のグループで行われます。また、ツアー中にヘッドフォンのセットを受け取ります。 鉱山には地下に 9 つのレベルがあります。ツアーでは、特定の歴史的時期における塩採掘の歴史について学びます。ガイドと一緒に、迷路のような回廊と、数多くの彫刻、岩に彫られた礼拝堂、地底湖があるテーマごとの部屋の複合体を訪れます。喘息やアレルギーに悩む方に最適な鉱山特有の微気候を感じ、健康への効果を実感してください。ツアー終了後、エレベーターで地上に戻ります。観光後、ドライバーがお待ちの駐車場に戻ります。
塩鉱山の探索を終えて車に戻ると。運転手は、クラクフの所定の場所からホテル、またはメイン広場の旧市街まで（あなたの決定に従って）お連れします。

The transport company was a breeze to deal with and verified puckup information the day before. Daniel, our driver, was great and showed up exactly when and where the company said he would. The mine itself was a great visit, but this tour is definitely not for anyone with even the slightest mobility issues. 800 some-odd steps down, uneven surfaces, lots of walking. Beautiful if you can swing it, though.
Clear instructions prior to pick up. Lots of pick up options. Great driver, very informative and helpful and the whole experience was great. I would definitely book another tour with this company.

The salt mines are a must visit and a great way to spend the day. Fantastic day out. We had a fantastic time and Jakub is a credit. He was friendly, courteous and professional. The driver Artur was excellent. He sent WhatsApp message when to expect him and a live map to follow his route. The mine was interesting but I didn't realise it would be 800 steps in total. There were plenty of stops for explanations and photos. On the way back Artur explained many of buildings as we passed which exceeded my expectations. Thank you Artur

Our driver, Caspar, arrived on time and was most accommodating. I truly appreciated having everything prearranged and not having to wait in line and purchase tickets myself.
