The experience was absolutely perfect. Sabrina was a perfect host and teacher. The experience started with a tour of the beautiful grounds and garden where many of the ingredients are grown before being transformed into that evening's delights. We felt as if we have known her for some time as we became a part of her family, if only for one evening. Such a beautiful soul and heart. After demonstrating and providing tips and tricks, she patiently watched and coached us through the process, stepping in to assist when necessary, as we made our own ravioli stuffed with the night's concoction that included spinach and cheese. Topped with her own homemade ragut sauce, it was absolute perfection as we watched the sun set in her backyard trattoria while enjoying her own families vintage red wine. It was hard to believe we made this ourselves. Our dessert was a cake made with fresh lemon zest and freshly ground almonds softly folded into fluffy egg whites and yolks. I can't wait to come back some day when we return to Italy, hopefully with family. Totally worth every euro. Are only regret is that we wish we could somehow return the favor and host the lovely Sabrina and her family someday in the States.

We had an amazing time. Such a beautiful setting. Very patient and lots of laughs. Wine was delicious as was the food we made! I would love to do this again! .... so welcoming! Experience we will never forget. Thank you very much Sabrina, myself and my sister had the best time 🥰

One of the best experiences fantastic ingredients fresh vegetables and absolutely stunning family made wine. The family are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Stunning vistas and I we do say ourselves our ravioli was delicious.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Sabrina! Loved the tour of her garden with all the lovely veggies and fruits her family grows. I also loved the cooking experience and learning how to make ravioli. The cake was a bonus and I'm excited to make some for my family :)

Pompeii 2 hour tour with Sophia and Cooking Class with Sabrina was terrific! Drivers were on time and courteous. Excellent excursion and a highlight of our trip.

Sabrina provided us with an exceptional afternoon at her home. She shared her gardens and her recipes. She’s a natural hostess. We felt comfortable and welcomed in her home and on her picture dress patio at all times. She was very knowledgeable about the cooking, but also about the cultural significance and importance of the food that we made in the Campania region. It was a pleasure to spend an afternoon with her learning how to make homemade pasta and also a lemon cake. She was funny, generous, and sincere. I would recommend this For anyone who is in the Naples area for an afternoon away from the city. I have taken cooking classes in Argentina, France, Greece, and Albania. This class by far was the best experience that I have had with a cooking class.

That was exceptional! Sabrina is so kind and generous! His little corner of paradise moved us all! I recommend handily!

Myself, my husband and our teenage daughter were welcomed into Sofia's beautiful home on the final day of our stay in Pompei. It proved to be one of the highlights of our trip. We had a wonderful time making pasta by hand and enjoyed some wonderful Italian food and drink. We were driven to and from the venue with no problems (our driver on the return trip was so much fun). The afternoon will definitely be one of our favourite memories of our holiday.

This was a wonderful tour! Highly recommend! Guissepe(wonderfully friendly)driver called and then picked us up from our Pompei meeting point. We were given a short tour of the city before being dropped off with Sabrina and Pasquale for our cooking glass. We had olives/crackers/bruscetta/wine to start then started our class! We cooked the most delicious spinach and ricotta ravioli and then Limoncello Lemon cake for dessert. Our instructors were amazing, beautiful house and gardens. Our ingredients fresh out of their huge garden. Once again, highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!
