プロのシェフをガイドに、手作りパスタ作りを学べます。 3時間のクラスでは、自宅のキッチンで再現できる本格的なイタリア語パスタの調理法の基本を伝授。 授業は、ローマのトラステヴェレ界隈の中心部にある、最先端の電化製品を備えた魅力的な料理学校で行います。 そこでは、イタリア語のアペリティーボ、プロセッコのグラスで硬化した肉とチーズのプレートを飲みながら、あなたのイタリア語人シェフと仲間のコックの小さなグループに会う。 リラックスしたら、シェフが厳選した旬の食材を使った伝統的な紅白ソースで、フェットゥチーネやラビオリを一から作り始めてみましょう。 パスタが乾いたら、ジェラート作りの実演でひと休み。 最後は、たっぷりのワインと自家製ジェラートをトッピングして、じっくりとお楽しみください。 代わりにピザを? 予約時にピザ作りクラスを選択すると、ワイン、ビール、ヌテラトッピングのデザートが無制限のこの体験型料理クラスで、オリジナルのピザを一から準備できます。

Came to Rome for a family trip, saw all the sights, ate all the food, and the highlight was the cooking class with Manuela. Her energy was upbeat and infectious and our meal was spectacular!! Would highly recommend any class with her-she’s awesome!
I would not recommend! The meeting location is in a random busy square. We arrived before the class start time and were unable to find the contact. The number provided led to an answering machine and the email provided no response. A disappointment and a waste of time and money!

Amazing experience would definitely recommend! The chefs were very knowledgeable and friendly and created an enjoyable atmosphere. Excellent value for money considering a restaurant meal in Rome is around €60-70.
Chiarra was an amazing instructor!! She taught us to make a delicious dinner. Which included fettuccine and ravioli as well as gelato. And she engaged and taught the kids really well!! I highly recommend it!!
