Excellent service, friendly contact via WhatsApp, timely pick-up, modern and clean limousine bus, perfect driver. Only one thing to nag about: halfway the ride the driver takes a 20 minute lunch break at a reststop with good and clean toilet facilities, but also a very expensive shop. Products have no price, you will be surprised at the counter. The most expensive cans of soda of our whole trip; cheaper to take drinks from your hotel minibar.
Traveling from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay is easy and enjoyable—perfect for those who want a cozy, stylish, and relaxing experience.
Very good experience, the operator was very arranging for us and we've got a free upgrade it was very nice.
Our driver was bang on time, the van was absolutely spotless and exactly as it looks in the picture. Incredibly comfortable way to travel - Absolutely perfect transfer
This was a great experience. Only recommendation is to have a sign with guests name so can easily spot the driver.
Very impressed. Our flight was delayed by several hours and even though I couldn't contact them to inform them, they were ready for us on our arrival. Which was a big relief.
Dear customers, Our team is so happy that you gave us a good feedback. We understood that the flight delayed unexpectedly by the bad weather and it is not your fault. Your happiness is our pleasure. We wish you all the best!
We had a great experience using the limousine service from Hanoi to Ha Long. The seats were very comfortable, the drivers were careful and friendly, They were willing to help us with everything during the journey, the trip was smooth and on time. HIghly recommended for a relaxing trip!
The limousine ride was comfortable and cozy. The driver was on time and helpful. It took us 3 hours to travel from Halong Bay to Hanoi city center with heavy traffic once we’ve approached the city proper.
The driver was on time and the ride was great. The vehicle we were on was nice as it has massage chairs! Yes, the seats have massage functions. It only took us 2 hours to go from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. The driver dropped us right off at the cruise office.
