This private transfer had been a very pleasant experience. The company contacted me promptly on the day before to confirm pickup time and location. They also sent a picture of the vehicle and contact information of the driver. The driver arrived on time and ready to go. He got me to the marina at Tuan Chau harbor for my Halong Bay cruise safely and comfortably. I had previously booked a shared transfer. But I got uneasy about the timing and decided to go with this private transfer instead. I was not disappointed and have such peace of mind because of the company's promptness and reliability. If it's within your budget, I highly recommend a private transfer, especially if you're catching a cruise.
On time and as advertised. Actually even better because I changed the time last minute and they were able to accommodate me.
