Absolutely perfect in every way. Went from Hanoi to Ninh Binn and back. Drivers were friendly and spoke basic english. Communication via what's app was easy and response times to inquiries was very prompt. Would feel comfortable recommending these folks to my friends and family. Will use again!
We booked a car shuttle from Hanoi to Ninh Binh and had a fantastic experience. The service was extremely reliable and secure, and the car was clean and well-maintained, and the driver was incredibly gentle and kind throughout the journey. He drove carefully, making us feel safe at all times. If you need a stress‑free transfer, this is the way to go. Highly recommended!

Very convenient for us, pick up from hotel in Hanoi and dropped off at our accommodation in Ninh Binh, good driver and took 2 hours.
Our driver was 45mins early and told us we booked for 1pm, even though our ticket clearly said 2pm pick up. We had to rush to leave our hotel which was stressful. The driver also sped and lane-weaved a lot (even by Hanoi standards), which made for a very anxious drive. He also did not have good hygiene – he was scratching his head for most of the trip. I would not book via this service again.
Dear, We have investigated the case and found out that the story was not true. You booked the private transfer from Noi Bai airport to Ninh Binh but you did not show up. Then you asked us to give you another transfer (free of charge) for the next day with a reason that you did not use the service you booked. We explained that even you did not use but the it was nonrefundable due to no show at the departure time. Then you seems agessive with us and created your own story which is totally wrong and unfair. We ask that you move the wrong post. Thank you!
Do not use this company. The driver was falling asleep, texting constantly, swerving, going right up to trucks and slamming on the breaks. He was pumping the gas and making us sick. And when we asked him to stop so we could get out and hire a Grab, he told us there was nowhere to stop even thing there were a ton of coffee shops.
Hi, We were surprised because the real story is different. You chose the cheaper option (SUV option accomodating 5 people max) and we arranged a SUV. However, your group has 5 adults, one baby with a baby-seat, plus 5 cabin suitcases. You got in and complained it was tight (of course it was for sure). You asked why not arranged a van (while you know well it would cost more and you did not choose to book). You also showed us some pictures in the app (the van pictures) and we explained that they were the vans with more expensive price and we also showed you the SUV pictures which you chose. You were still complaining and asked us to give you a free upgrade or you would cancel and got back a full refund. We gentlly explained that the last minute cancellation would not have a full refund. Of course you had to continue the ride and you wrote a misleading story and it was really bad and unfair. We asked that you remove it and not do this way again with other operator. Thank you!
