ハノイ - ニンビン間のプライベート片道送迎

We have used this agency several times for some transfers to and from the airport and also for some transfers for some touristic visit. Very well organized always on time. Drivers very polite and friendly.

Very easy and straightforward booking with Anna. We travelled from the airport to Hanoi with Mr Hoan, easy pickup, safe sensible driving. Mr Thien drove us from Hanoi to Ninh Binh - very helpful and smooth driver. Recommend using this service.

Anna, the concierge and Mr. Minh, our driver, both created a wonderful, seamless experience.

Our experience was seamless. Anna coordinated our bookings with drivers. She was very polite, friendly and her english was very good. Our drivers, Mr Tung and Mr Hoan, were very professional and on time. We felt very safe on the road. I highly recommend this service.

I used Hanoi Transfer fo numerous trips during my stay in Vietnam including airport transfers, travel between Hanoi and Ninh Binh, and return trips. Every transfer was handled professionally & thoroughly. Ms. Lily was exceptional throughout the entire process. She coordinated everything flawlessly, ensuring each driver arrived a few minutes early in spacious, clean vehicles with excellent air conditioning. Communication was clear , and after every trip, Ms. Lily followed up to confirm that everything met our expectations and to gather feedback. The level of service, attention to details was truly outstanding. I would highly recommend Hanoi Transfer to anyone seeking a professional and stress-free transportation experience.

Outstanding service with Mr. Liem (Driver), Anna ( Contact). Mr. Liem showed up early and ready to go. Excellent driving and very quick to get us to destination with short stop for bathroom or snack break. Communication with Anna from start to finish was fantastic! I would highly recommend using them in the future for any trip. Vehicle was clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Thank you, great job making us feel safe, secure, and part of the family.

Excellent service! We contacted them the night before we needed a 8am pickup to take us to ha long bay marina from Ha Noi. I contacted them around 8:30pm and within a half hour Anna had me all set up with a driver and pickup confirmed for the next morning. She was super responsive and easy to communicate with (good English) Mr Nghia & Minh were our drivers (one to Marina and then we used them again to get to ninh binh) both great drivers and willing to stop to use bathroom when needed. The vehicles were both spacious and very nice with cold AC. Very good service. Anna was great to work with she upgraded us for free to a luxury limo van for the one ride which was very nice with fully reclining seats

This is a great service. Ms. Anna is a very thorough and professional person. I appreciate all her help with our airport transfer to our hotel and back. The drivers Mr.Chi, Mr. Phuc and Mr. Thuc are all professional drivers and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to visit Hanoi. I will use their service again once our family returns to Vietnam. Thank you Ms. Anna! Hope to see you in person.
