I had a great experience with Hanoi Transfer Service during my solo trip to Hanoi. I arranged transportation from the airport to Hanoi Old Quarter, and then back to the airport, and everything was smooth and well organised. A special thanks to Ms. Lily for her excellent communication and support. She was very responsive, friendly and made sure everything was arranged perfectly. I would also like to thank Mr. Thanh, my driver, who was punctual, polite and drove very safely. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated his friendly and professional service. He made the journey comfortable and stress-free. The whole experience was reliable, convenient and hassle-free, especially for a solo traveller with limited time in Hanoi. Once we met up with our driver everything was fine. However, we had been advised by Viator to meet him at Pillar 18 outside arrivals. He was in fact waiting for us inside arrivals. But for our Fast Track agent who assisted us through immigration, we might stilll be looking for that driver

Pick up point from Hanoi International Airport pillar 18. If you don't know where it is, just ask friendly ppl at the airport. The driver has my name on a sign, easy pick up.

Booked an one way transfer from the airport to my accomodation, very easy process and stress-free. I've been in contact by WhatsApp with Anna about all the details and she was very friendly and reactive. She communicated well ahead the details of the driver and where to meet him. She also ensured if everything was ok once I've been dropped off at my hotel. My driver, Mr Canh, was ready for me at my arrival, communicated ahead where to meet him as well, which made everything so much easier. The drive itself was quick, and while my knowledge of Hanoi is very limited, it seems he took the fastest route to get to my drop off point. Always felt safe and I was very impressed by his driving skills. I really appreciate once we arrived, he went out of the car to check if it was the real address and helped to locate it. Can not fault Anna and Mr. Canh who have given me an amazing first impression of Vietnam and Hanoi.
