ZONE A PACKAGE Zipline Adventure

A great adventure, even for nervous first-timers! My son and husband enjoyed Thai'd Up Zipline so much that he went back for a second visit, which says everything about how much he loved it. As a very nervous participant, I appreciated how friendly and reassuring the staff were. Safety was clearly their priority, although I do think they could explain the different courses, number of zip lines and what to expect a little more clearly before you start. I did take part myself and managed three zip lines before deciding to come down via a steep descent. It was raining on the day, making everything very muddy and slippery, but that was all part of the adventure! The guide was incredibly patient and supportive, staying with me throughout and helping me every step of the way. The setting is beautiful, the staff are excellent, and the experience is well organised. Whether you're an adrenaline junkie or a nervous beginner like me, you'll be in good hands. A memorable family activity in Ao Nang that we'd happily recommend.

The guides where outstanding. Safety was by far the priority, at no time did I feel like I was in danger. A shout out to Moss and Ball, they made the experience even better. Highly recommended.

Booked after looking online on get your guide for other Ziplines which reviews were mixed. Googled and found this one with great reviews and booked after whats apping them through the number on the website. They came and collected us from the hotel, we had a fab time, I was very nervous and not into these things, doing it for the teenager. Hubby also has a but of fear of heights but also managed.we weren't brave enough for zone B but weren't pressured into anything just asked what zone we wanted. We picked zone one and it was fab, probably the highlight of the holiday. Felt so safe with having plenty of ropes attached and the two instructors (sorry forgot names) did their best to try and get me to relax. I would defo recommend this company and would use them again. Gave us water and also took plenty of videos and photos from my phone and theirs which was so appreciated.

Immediately after booking I was contacted by the team via Whatsapp, regarding the pick up as our hotel was not in the list. On site everything worked great, nice team, small group (4 customers, 2 guides). Even when we spontaneously decided on the Quad Tour, we were able to settle it on site. TOP

The staff and activity of zip lining was overall quite enjoyable. Staff were so kind and very helpful, made us feel very safe while partaking in zip lining. The only downside was the lack of communication in regards to the arranged pick up points and time. We found that unlike other activities, we were unsure if anyone would be coming to get us and found it difficult to contact the company. They did arrive however, only 15 minutes late. Overall, great experience and the staff were amazing!!!

This activity was well organised and heaps of fun. Our pick up was ontime, the guys at the tripling were very professional and safety was a high priority. I would recommend this activity to anybody.

We had a lovely visit in the tree tops on New Year’s Eve day and our guides were sweet, competent and with funny bones. We were 1 adult and 2 kids at age 11 and 15 and all 3 of us had the best time and were all taken good care of. Would recommend everyone ziplining at Thai’d up.

We had such an amazing experience on our zipline adventure! Our guides, Sunny and Blue, were so fun and engaging, and made sure that safety was always the top priority. This is a really great way to take in the beauty of Thailand's jungle environment from a different perspective!
