Enjoyed this experience. One of the best excursions in the falls. Would definitely recommend. My family enjoyed themselves as well
We waited in line for an hour. One of the lines was broken so it took extra time. Beautiful fun experience!
This was very fun and the staff were friendly and competent. I would recommend going early in the day to beat the crowds. I went at 9 and there was no wait.
What a fun experience! Everything was very organized, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were for our family. They allowed us to split up so one of us could stay with the baby, and we didn’t have to wait in line again when we switched. That made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable!
Very accommodating for disabled, very customer orientated. Had a blast! They took me up in elevator, had a wheelchair waiting for me at the bottom and my walker waiting for me back up at the top.
If you can do early morning great views quite and great photo opportunities for people watching enjoy every moment
I had never zip lined before, definitely no strength involved. I probably would not have done it if I had seen it first. Very short ride . Great for kids though.
A bit pricey and long wait for non priority tickets.
Staff was friendly. And while the internet said general admission wait time was 2½ hours, it was maybe 1 hour. The zipline ride went by quickly, but the view and ride was a "must do" and "would do again"
It was a fun ride just a bit expensive with how long it was however the view all the way down was amazing seeing the American Falls and the Horseshoe Falls.
