Zipline and ATV Skyline Adventure Phuket Include Pickup Transfer

Terrible experience. Despite being under the weight maximum I was told it was unsafe to do the zip lining and offered a refund, my friends being good friends said they wouldn’t do it as well as they didn’t want me sitting for 2 hours alone waiting for them as the company suggested I did, but then they backtracked and said it was safe for me to do which if anything made us all feel unsafe as they were changing it as they went. We decided not to risk it and they told my friends they wouldn’t get a refund which they agreed to but I would. The annoying part is I am very under the max weight but the harness didn’t fit due to having thicker thighs, but while fitting me for the harness they were laughing to each-other in Thai about how it didn’t fit. As someone who has a medical condition causing weight gain this was a horrible situation to be in. Highly recommend they add measurements limits rather than just a weight one as clearly that isn’t the only part that matters in the safety cautions. They then didn’t refund me and I had to go through booking.com but have still not got the refund, it’s been almost 4 weeks. This was a pricey treat we decided to do for my birthday and instead they completely ruined my day.

We (Papa and two sons, 15 and 11) had a lovely afternoon here. The zip-lining was great fun (be aware that 18 platforms doesn't mean that many zip-lines...). The ATV experience was excellent. Transfers to and from were also comfortable and on time. Recommended!

Wear trainers or they will try to rent them to you! However awesome day, kids loved it! A holiday highlight.

The ATV trail was fun and the zipline added a different kind of excitement. Pickup was on time and everything flowed smoothly. Expect to get a little dusty, especially if the weather is dry.

Overall experience was great, from pick up to drop off the team was very helpful and fun to be around

The crew kept us entertained and the views were amazing. Would recommend for the thrills of ziplining in the forest

that was absolutely great, everything event, cost to the value, atmosphere, staff starting from the staff which was gteat and a fantastic flexible approach ald also great knowledge and patience, zip line was nothing new for me as i did some of it when i was in the army but i still enjoyed it, next was the 1h atv tour around the area which let me to try it for the first time ever

Great fun day out! Zip lining felt very safe and the guides were brilliant and made it really enjoyable. ATVs were also a lot of fun — the course is varied so some driving experience helps. Amazing views from the top, and the guide even took some great photos for us

This tour was great. It turned out that we were too far to be picked up, so we had to get there on our own. However, the crew waited for us as we got stuck in traffic from Phuket town which was very nice of them. The zipline guys were amazing. They were polite, helpful, energetic and funny (as you can see in the “spiderman” photo). The ATV guide was excellent. My daughter was a first timer so she had to get used to it. The guide basically rode slow with us away from the rest of the more experienced riders so she wouldn’t be under pressure to keep up. Definitely recommend.
