Awful!
We waited in the hot lobby for over 1 hour for the driver to pick us up and they never came, after finally getting in touch with someone at the zip lining company they said they canceled the trip due to lack of enough people? Me, my wife and kids where very disappointed but what was most of all aggravating is nobody ever called, texted or emailed us to let us know the event had been canceled. On a vacation like this time matters alot and waiting for over an hour was so unnecessary, all it takes is a little consideration and communication.
