This is a 3h tour where I will accompany you to a very old Venetian osteria where you can taste our seafood cuisine!
You will have the opportunity to see the splendor of Venice by night enjoying georgeus squares, places, churches and monuments with the eyes of a real local, but also you will sure understand what means for us the millenary masterpiece of this strange water city and how our tradition can still survive just hidden behind the most crowed and famous city's places; discovering this city for what it really is for us.. the last Venetians.
At 8pm dinner in a typical locals Osteria!
A full immersion inside the Venice culture and life style that will be the best way to understand which is the strange combination to live here surrounded by 2 totaly different perspectives of live: the Touristic and the Traditional one.
Try this TripAdvisor Venice Experience you won't be disappointed!

Interesting…..
Not quite sure how I should rate this tour as it was probably one of the funniest tours I’ve done through Viator…. The tour guide was clearly very drunk but at the same time quite funny and entertaining…. He didn’t really tell us much history other than lots about the flood marks in the walls but still it was quite a fun evening! We thought as far as tours go it taught us nothing but at the same time was a really fun experience! Don’t do this if you want to be educated in Venice but do it if you want a fun night out!
By the way… he tells you the Osteria you eat in is 4.9/5 on google reviews 🤣🤣
It was the only one on the whole road that was completely empty, we passed it twice after the tour and there was not a soul in it….. make of that what you will but it was still fun and for the money very worth it, if only for the energetic inebriated host!

Thanks for your nice feedback :) Yes it was a very fun time and I really enjoyed our group :) by the way as all the others members of our group told you this is a "traditional&gastronomy tour" not an History one...and again the "aperitivo" was provided by "Osteria da Oxy Bacaro Familiare," which—as you can easily see everywhere online—has a 4.9/5 rating in google...you can just take a look about it using your internet... You are right—it is perhaps the least frequented spot. You can draw your own conclusions, but as a tourism professional, I can tell you that this is due to the high quality of the products: the family-run *Osteria* "Da Oxy" is generally less popular with locals because its prices are considered higher than other *osterie* in the area, where you can find Venetian *cicchetti* for just 2 euros instead of the 4 euros charged by this family-run *bacaro*.
As a travel professional, I have a duty—and a desire—to choose the highest-quality options for my group; if I were to take you somewhere serving "subpar products," I would receive terrible reviews, as you can well imagine. Since our aperitivo lasted much longer than planned thanks to the wonderful, convivial atmosphere that developed among the group members, I truly hope you all appreciated the rich variety and quality of the *cicchetti* and drinks you sampled. I am sorry to hear you would have preferred a history or "ghost" tour, but this experience is designed to let you spend an "evening in Venice" getting to know the Venice—and the Venetians—of today, along with their daily lives and traditions.
In any case, I am delighted that we all had such a great time!
Regards Andrea

An extremely successful, humorous evening!
Andrea provided us with a wonderful, interesting, and entertaining tour. Particularly noteworthy is his flexibility and willingness to do everything to the complete satisfaction of his customers. The tour took us through a rather unknown and very authentic part of Venice. Andrea answered all our questions and gave us some valuable tips. The stop at the bar was also perfect: nice, relaxed atmosphere, refreshing drinks, fine snacks. It was an unforgettable evening! Thank you very much, Andrea!

Great and fun history...
Great and fun history lesson… the guide was personable and fun. But for the fact that no mention of ghosts or mystery whatsoever unfortunately.
Operator response
Thank you some much for your nice review Igor :) and again thank you sooo much for your advice to add some legends about Venetian ghosts. I'm pretty sure the agency will welcome your suggestion because, as evening approaches, I personally consider it a truly fantastic idea to enrich our evening aperitif. :) regards Andrea

How wonderful Venice in the evening!
Definitely interesting tour made yesterday, in the evening. I write in the evening because we really wanted to see a different Venice. Andrea, our guide, was perfect; he showed us a part of the city little known, at least by us, telling us things that intrigued and struck us, for different reasons, without ever being “heavy”. Even the cicchetti and aperitif break was rewarding. In short, not only are we satisfied, but we highly recommend the tour and our wonderful guide.

Amazing Tour!
Andrea was very knowledgeable, helpful and witty. We learned so much about the beautiful city of Venice and enjoyed the food and culture. He went out of his way to ensure we left satisfied and even made us reservations at a restaurant after our tour. One of the best tours we’ve been on and highly recommended!

The weather was too bad for us to go on tour
Our tour guide was very personable and fun.
Great customer service.
However the bad weather necessitated cancelling the tour.
Operator response
Thanks Linda for the nice review :) The storm finally passed and we were able to complete the tour with the other participants in the group, but it was still very windy. You did well to return to the hotel: the weather was really miserable. I m very happy that our backoffice refund you due the bad weather conditions.
See you next time here in Venice! Regards, Andrea

Super nice and interesting
Andrea is super sympathetic has shown us beautiful corners of Venice that we would otherwise never have seen. The tour was very informative with many facts about the history of the city. Also the restaurant recommendation of Andrea was top! Thank you.

That's great!
Great experience. The guide as well as being of exceptional and engaging sympathy with which he captured the attention of the participants, was of an impressive culture and historical preparation. After the tour... I liked it...
