Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable The instructions on redemption of tickets was not clear however and confused us!!

Lovely Experience
Had a wonderful solo outing on the exterior tour of York Minster with group access. The blend of a guided walk around the majestic Gothic façade and the self-paced audio guided interior gave me space to reflect and explore at my own rhythm.
