Yoga in Sharm el Sheikh is best done in the desert, it's sheer natural beauty and uplifting energy is ideal for taking time out from the strains and stresses of modern day life. This 3 day retreat is a unique yoga practise and meditation in a stunning environment and an insight into the simplistic ways of desert life. Glamping in our fully facilitated Zen Tented camp in the natural environment allows you to focus on your mind, body & soul in a comfortable setting. Some light trekking every day gives time to absorb the tranquillity of the desert and the serene surroundings of plateaus, rolling sand dunes and canyons.
