World A+ (Zipline 32 Platforms + Roller + Sky Walk with World Set Menu )

Came here on the 1st October. We did the early visit. Pick up was on time and no hassle at check in or when getting equipment. The guides was awesome and helpful. Had a great experience well worth doing. The Roller was an experience on its own. All in all well worth the money

Good good Luge car. I’m happy so much.

Absolute shambles. Too busy. Very long queues which meant that ran out of time for 2 activities despite staying 2 hours longer than initally advised. Very badly organised and poor value for money.

Terrible experience. Extreme overbooking caused ridiculous wait times—a 3-hour activity ended up taking 7 hours, mostly spent standing in lines. Instructions were virtually non-existent, leaving everyone waiting without knowing why. We arrived right at 1:00 PM, but the venue was packed, and the Skywalk didn't even start until 2:15 PM. The guide barely interacted with us, and the Skywalk itself was pretty boring—just sitting around an unimpressive platform, which felt like moving us to another spot just to keep waiting. After the Zipline, staff brought us back and told us to wait for the coaster, but left us ignored for ages. We only found out we had to register ourselves for both the Alpine Coaster and Luge after asking around—nobody gave us any guidance. We queued 1 hour for the Luge and 1.5 hours for the Coaster, which forced us to cancel our next plans. People were complaining everywhere. If you can't handle this capacity, stop overbooking!

We did the 32 platforms and roller. Kids loved that there were so many zip lines. Guides are great fun. We have eaten at Three Monkeys and the buffet. Both are good. The only negative was the check in and maybe we were unlucky as we waited over 45 mins past our start time whereas others joined tours immediately.

We arrived at Hanuman World at around 11:30am and booked our tickets on arrival. We were then asked to wait for around 20 minutes near the counter before someone could attend to us, as there were only two staff members available to explain the different packages and options. As a family of five, we selected the Zip Roller, Skywalk and three rides on the Hanuman Luge, which cost us approximately £290 in total. Depending on the package you choose, they also offer buffet options. We did not take the buffet package as we are vegetarians and felt there were limited suitable options for us. There are, however, quite a few cafés and eateries within the complex. We ended up having fries and pizza at 3 Monkeys. We were told that there would be a long wait for the Zip Roller. We were given our harnesses, but unfortunately, the harnesses smelled very unpleasant and appeared quite dirty.. There was a fabric spray used on them, but the smell was still very strong. This was concerning from a hygiene perspective, and I really feel the management should pay more attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene, particularly when equipment is being used by so many visitors. We had to walk uphill for around five minutes and then wait at the top for approximately an hour for the Zip Roller. The actual experience itself lasted only about a minute, so considering the amount of time spent waiting, we felt it was quite short. Another thing that could be improved is the system for buying drinks.We had to pay at one stall and then go to the main shop to collect the drinks. This was unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient, especially in the heat and when travelling with children.It would be much easier if customers could simply pay and receive their drinks at the same location. The Hanuman Luge experience was also quite disorganised. We had three rides, and there was approximately a 30!minute wait before we could get onto our first ride. After finishing, we had to wait for a pickup truck to take everyone back to the starting point. There didn’t seem to be a clear system for organising who should get on which truck, and everyone was waiting and rushing towards the vehicles to get back. It felt quite chaotic and unorganised. For the second and third rides, we waited around 15 minutes each time, with the overall process taking quite a while before getting onto the next ride. The rides themselves were enjoyable, but the whole experience could be made much more comfortable and enjoyable with better organisation. I would strongly suggest introducing a proper queue and transport system, perhaps with coloured wristbands or numbers, so visitors know exactly where they need to go and which group they belong to. This would make things much easier, particularly for families with children. Overall, the activities were enjoyable, but the experience was let down by the long waiting times, hygiene concerns with the harnesses, lack of organisation and unnecessarily complicated food and drink arrangements. For the amount we paid, I expected a smoother and more comfortable experience. There is definitely potential for Hanuman World to improve. With better organisation, improved hygiene, clearer systems and more consideration for families and children, the overall experience could be much more enjoyable

I was extremely disappointed with our experience at Hanuman World. We paid for the full package—including the roller zipline and the Hanuman luge (the Mario Kart-style cars). The rides themselves were fun and fast, but everything else about the day was an absolute mess. The wait times were ridiculous, and the entire park was pure chaos and so disorganized. No one gave clear directions on where to go or what to do next. When we finished riding the luge cars, we had to wait endlessly for transfer cars just to take us back up to go again. Getting food and drinks was equally frustrating and inconvenient. You had to go and pay for food and drinks separately, and there weren't even menus at the payment counters so you had no idea what you were paying for. Worst of all was the hygiene. The smell coming off the safety harnesses was absolutely awful—it was so revolting that it actually made me physically sick. It is glaringly obvious that they never wash the equipment and just spray them down with cheap fabric spray instead. Between the foul-smelling gear, the terrible organization, and the chaotic crowds, I would definitely not come back or recommend this place.

This establishment attracts guests that are inconsiderate and unaware of their surroundings. Many staff seemed overwhelmed with the magnitude of guests at the park. The skywalk is underwhelming and can be skipped. The 32 platform zipline was great fun and the group leader was friendly and very good at his job. The staff told me that the A+ package would take 3 hours but with the huge crowds it took well over this, and I missed out on the roller as it closes at 6. The luge was also fun, but again, not worth the 1+ hour wait time.

Excellent experience .. very well organized and very safe. I highly recommmend to all guest. I have been here 5 times, I always pleased.

We recently did a zip line adventure at Hanuman World and had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were collected from our resort near Patong and transported directly to the venue, which was very easy and well organised. Our booking included 19 zip lines, three abseils, the Roller zip line and a beautiful buffet lunch. The guides were fantastic — very safety conscious, engaging and great fun throughout the whole experience. The zip lines were well maintained and felt very safe, with a good mix of shorter lines and some very long, exciting ones. Hanuman World itself is modern, clean and very well looked after. Arranging our transfer back to the hotel afterwards was simple, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a fun, professional and memorable adventure. Definitely worth a visit.
