As you arrive, you’ll be charmed by the winery’s timeless beauty, soaking in the captivating views all around. We highly recommend booking a visit and tasting experience, where you can try 4 delicious wines during the visit. Plus, you’ll have up to 3 hours to relax and enjoy a meal at the Wine Bar or the main restaurant, where you can get comfy. Top-tier tour!
My wife and I wanted to organize something special for our 25th anniversary celebration so we contacted Ryan who organized the best outing to Bodega Garzon and MACA. Ryan was punctual, personable, friendly, helpful, professional, and full of helpful tips, insights (and personal anecdotes) that made this the highlight of our South American getaway. He even offered fantastic suggestions for Montevideo, Colonia del Sacramento, Mendoza, and Buenos Aires. This was a top-tier tour that we enthusiastically recommend to all. A strong 10/10! Excellent
The experience was fantastic. Ryan the operator and Nico the driver, super friendly, knew everything well. And, we end up doing others with them. Very good. And, this one from Garzon was fantastic. It was worth it.

Best Wine Tour Company
Look no further for the best wine tour with The Wine Experience. Bodega Garzón is magnificent but the expert service provided by Ryan was exceptional.

Amazing Winery, worth a visit!
We loved the personal service offered by The Wine Experience. Ryan went above and beyond to arrange our tours, not only to Garzon but other wineries as well. Garzon was exceptional, a truly world class winery. I would also highly recommend staying for lunch too. Nico was an excellent driver.

Nico top notch
Nico was the best driver and guide to Garzon. Very informative and what a great driver and individual with knowledge that is very useful. Great english as well. It was truly our best of luck to have Nico. Communication was really good.

Amazing experience!
Amazing experience and winery! We spent the day there walking the ground, drinking wine and enjoyed some small bites at the wine bar too. Perfect day!

Next level service/hospitality from The Wine Experience
Door to door service from Jose Ignacio to Bodega Garzon. Uruguay has a 0% tolerance policy for driving after drinking, so the driver was key. He gave us great history and context along the way, and swung through the town of Garzon on the way back. The tour itself was wonderful, and our driver even waiting on us while we enjoyed lunch with beautiful view at the wine bar after.
Separately, Ryan sent through tons of thoughtful tips and suggestions via WhatsApp throughout. He was like my personal concierge during the time in Uruguay. This alone made me two experiences with The Wine Experience worthwhile. Thank you Ryan!
