Whitewater Rafting Grade 3 to 4

We went white water rafting with Outdoor Norway and had the best time. The class 3 rapids were properly exciting and both our teenage kids also loved it. Claudio expertly negotiated out descent. Finn took some brilliant photos. The scenery was awesome and the whole experience flawless.

Rafting with guide Claudio – fantastic!! Yesterday, August 11th—our last day of vacation—we (a family of five with three kids aged 13, 15, and 17) went rafting graden 3 with Outdoor Norway. Even though I was quite nervous about it (being a mother), it was truly fantastic!!! An unforgettable experience! Our guide, Claudio, was amazing and steered us through it expertly with his commands! At first, we struggled a bit to follow his commands quickly—there were so many new impressions all at once 😅—but Claudio kept encouraging us with unwavering enthusiasm. Kudos to him for the stamina required to keep shouting those commands 😅. Claudio quickly gave us the confidence that we, as beginners, could handle it. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to go rafting again the very next day. So, if you’re having doubts about whether you can do it: just go for it! Outdoor Norway places a strong emphasis on safety and instruction, ensuring you can fully enjoy the rafting experience. The fact that, at the end of the trip, we got to lift the boat together as a group and carry it back up really completed the teamwork aspect 😊. We had an excellent time on this excursion with our guide, Finn. He was very experienced and made sure our group was safe. He also mixed in lots of fun and activities during the calm parts of the river. I really enjoyed jumping into the cold water. I would definitely recommend this company and excursion.

I had an absolutely fantastic rafting experience with Outdoor Norway in Voss. Everything felt well organised, safe and professional from start to finish, while still being relaxed and genuinely fun. A special thank you to our guide, Mohan, who was brilliant throughout the whole trip. He made everyone feel comfortable, explained everything clearly and kept the mood light while still making the rafting feel exciting. You could really tell that he cared about giving us a great experience. The rafting itself was beautiful, wild and a lot of fun, but Mohan really made the experience stand out. We had a brilliant white water rafting trip as a family of four with children age 11 and 13. It was all brilliantly organised and we had an amazing time. One of our trip highlights. Woukd highly recommend. Huge thanks to our guide Anup who was a true professional.

We did the grade 3 whitewater rafting. It was myself and 2 teenagers. We had a brilliant time and seems strange saying it but we were lucky it had been raining the preceding day and overnight as the river was rising making it more exciting!! The team looking after us were great with good explanations on what we needed to do, so we all felt safe. The equipment was of good quality. Our guide was Mohan and he was great fun. He gave us a chance to swim in the water during the calm bits, the wetsuits kept the cold out and he also encouraged us to splash the other boats which added to fun!! Overall we had a great experience.

Grade 3. Beautiful nature but only wild a couple of times. Not so much fun for adventurous 13-year olds.
