Description
We are a boutique tour company that is locally owned and operated. We pride ourselves on keeping our groups small to medium in size and avoid taking out large groups so that we can make our tours more personal and unique. This is a safe rafting tour which is great for people that want to experience a tropical river without driving too far. The starting point is only a 25 minutes ride from Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The Naranjo River is a fantastic way for the whole family to experience a rafting trip in Costa Rica's Central Pacific region.

Itinerary
Once you are picked up at your hotel the drive is about 25 minutes to the starting point. On the way there, we drive through a couple of local Costa Rican towns. It is an informative ride as our guides tell you about the Costa Rican lifestyle and answer any of your questions. Once we get to our destination, you are fitted with the rafting gear and given a safety briefing. The ride down the river is about 1 1/2 hours though lush jungle and rain forest. The rapids are class 3 and 3+. Towards the end we float through a palm plantation before getting to the take out. Here you will be served a delicious snack of pineapple, fruit juice, water and cookies. The drive back to your hotel is only about 20 minutes.

Pickup Locations & Times
We can pick you up at your Manuel Antonio or Quepos hotel, air b&b, or private rental home. We can also meet you at the Delta Gas station parking lot right across from the Max Teran Valls Hospital (Quepos Hospital) if you are driving from outside of the Manuel Antonio or Quepos area.

Brilliant morning - everything perfect - super communication, on time pick up from hotel, super rafting experience despite the slippery walk at the start of river!!! Guide (Mel) super knowledgeable and helpful - we’re able to jump in at start and have a few swimming opportunities at quieter sections of rapids. Quite often we were the only boat on the river. Highly recommend.
From jumping into the water and floating to your boat. To riding the rapids with Mel. An amazing experience. These guys are the best. Super experienced and knowledgeable while keeping it super fun. We had a great experience. Mel picked us up and dropped us off, and was very friendly and conversational. Ruben was an exceptional guide. He communicated extremely clearly about the safety protocols and helped us all feel prepared for rafting (none of us had ever done it before). During the rafting, he was an excellent communicator and a superb guide. We truly had a great time.

Awesome experience. The guides were friendly and helped with everything from parking my car to getting through rapids to helping with directions to my next destination. The hike down to the river was cool and the rapids were awesome. This company does the longer route and more challenging rapids compared to the others around
4 of us jumped in (literally) below the chute and ran the lower section with this crew. They are professional and experienced, blended with fun and excitement. Class 3 and 4 rapids were wild but totally doable (ages 22-53, all in good shape), the river was beautiful, the setting surreal, grins the whole time. On the river a couple hours, take out was at the bridge. Go with this operation!

We had an amazing rafting experience with Damian and the team! Everything was very well organised, and we had such a fun and memorable time on the river. Damian is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, and we felt safe throughout the whole trip thanks to the clear safety briefing at the beginning. One of the highlights was the journey through the jungle to the starting point, and we also loved jumping from a small cliff into the river, it added an extra thrill to the experience. The whole adventure was exciting from start to finish. Thank you so much for such a great experience! We also really appreciate the photos. As a small suggestion, it would be even better if the photo quality could be higher, that would make them even more special keepsakes
