Whistler Helicopter Tour + Mountain Landing

It’s just so different being able to view the amazing landscape from a helicopter. Ken, our pilot, was so informative and we are sure he went the extra mile to ensure an amazing experience. Stopping on a summit to get off the helicopter to see and touch the snow on a beautiful sunny day was the icing on the cake. Thank you.

Well worth the money. Not suitable for people with a fear of heights or a sensitive stomach because you go almost along the mountains, over ledges and glaciers. Very beautiful! 10 out of 10!

Whistler Helicopter Tour + Mountain Landing - is the best experience I’ve had during my short stay in Whistler. We were all greeted by a very nice receptionist (? Maggie) who helped us with the formalities before boarding the helicopter. We were in air for good 25 minutes in the air and even landed on the mountain for 20 minutes. The views while in the air and on the mountain were spectacular. Our pilot Andy was amazing! He made sure we were safe, directed our attention to the mountain peaks and glacier lakes while we were in air, and made the whole trip more wholesome. Try it out at least once, it’s worth it!!!

Outstanding experience, total trip time 55 minutes with 20 minutes on the mountain top. Pilot was helpful and thoroughly professional. All in all 10/10 as an experience.

The only negative of this is that there should be more stars! This was worth so many more. So I’ll add them myself. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩 Apologies in advance as the excitement and trepidation took away my ability to remember names (other than Rosie, as I have her on email!) but I can’t remember our driver nor pilot names but 200% full credit to them all! From the minute we booked, and the questions we had, Summit Helicopters could not have been a better experience. As (nervous ✅, scared ✅) first timers, they put our minds at ease from the get go. Fast forward a couple of months until ‘D-Day’ and they were just as great. We arrived, were totally put at ease and, funnily enough, dropped our fears immediately. After a short safety briefing, we were boarded and up, up and away. We were both so very surprised as to how smooth the take off, flight, just everything was. The commentary was informative without being overwhelming and the whole flight was just surreal. To land up on one of those HUGE peaks and feel like you’re standing on top of the world is something neither of us will ever forget. Thank you guys for looking after us, showing us the most spectacular sights and, most importantly bringing us down safely and leaving our fears behind. 1000% recommend!
