Whistler Development Ski Rental Package

Black Tie Ski ski rentals are in my view one of the best in Blackcomb/Whistler. I use the Blackcomb store as its so close to our prefered hotel. Annabelle and all her team are extremely experienced, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding and quick reacting. I originally had one set of skies which were a fraction too long for me, I wanted to alter the length and for the powder days we head (lucky me) and they were brilliant, souring overnight what was needed and had them ready the next morning. Their range is good and I was lucky enough to get practically a brand new set of Blizzard Anomaly 88's (which are brilliant by the way). Excellent communication, fair and reasonable on price, offering a discount due to an extension of hire (which they didn't have to do). I have used others in the resort on previous trips but these guys are really hard to beat. Will go back in 2027!

Le Vai Rentals a car rental in Apia Samoa was provided my family and I an amazing experience. We got a luxury van for an amazing value and such an amazing couple for their superb services and were so accommodating as our flight arrived in the early morning and no prior travel experience in Samoa they offered to accommodate us and more prior to our hotel check in time and also for extension of our car rental. Thank you Le Vai Rentals for our amazing trip experience! HIGH RECOMMENDATION to book cars with and will definitely book again.

Black Tie were exceptional. The staff in the store were outstanding. They gave us great advice and provided a superb fitting service. Throughly recommend genuine 5 star service.

Highly recommend these guys. We have used them several times and they have provided consistently good and reliable service with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff every time. In previous years, my wife and I have picked up and dropped off at their store which was convenient to where we were staying. This year we stayed at Creekside and they delivered and picked up our skis to our door and were punctual in doing so. Great personalized service! They keep a record of the skiis and boots that we have rented each year which has been very helpful for successive rentals. The quality and suitability of the equipment has been consistently good. Overall excellent!!

Tried their customer service but got bounced across multiple telephone numbers. Especially the one in the receipt had a wrong number! I felt that I was in a candid camera or that this was a hoax.

I hired Skis with the help of Rachel Davidson at reception the Sundial Hotel. They were fitted by Jacob in the ski shop under the hotel. I had not skied for 9 years. Jacob gave me excellent advice, he was friendly and knowledgable and completed the fitting efficiently. He advised me to use a more comfortable boot due to my medical needs and these boots were the most comfortable I have ever skied in. The skis were also perfect for my needs. I was able to leave my skis at the shop each evening and my shoes on the last day. Returning the skis at the end of the two weeks was also very smooth and all the shop staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had not used Black Tie before. Their communication was excellent throughout and they arrived on time at our hotel for our fitting. The Black Tie agent was helpful and friendly. The equipment was modern and in very good condition. My ski boots were brand new. Returning the skis at the end was easy. Overall an excellent experience and we would use Black Tie again.
