The Viator tour we signed up for was to leave at 10a. The operator was told 13:00 (1p) and they changed it to 14:00 (2p). That didn’t give us enough time to get back to our cruise ship. So we canceled. Sent Viator an SMS message explaining our cancellation and requesting a refund the day before the excursion. Also canceled on Viator app. Have yet to get a response or refund.
Amazing trip, fantastic tour guide and captain. Seen Dolphins and Whales up close, stop off for a swim and snorkel. Drinks on arrival and tapas which was lovely. Definitely recommend this trip

Fantastic trip out to see the native pilot whales and the blue nosed dolphins! Also saw flying fish and a turtle! Plenty of drinks on offer and a nice buffet when we stopped for a snorkel and swim!. The staff were really friendly! Came back very relaxed and so pleased to see these remarkable creatures in their natural surroundings. Worth every penny and 3 hours of your time!
Amazing, had a lovely time. Great hosts , good food. We saw over 15 dolphins that swam in front of the boat.
Great experience. We were greeted with drinks as we came aboard. The crew were great at spotting dolphins & whales and maneuvering to almost touching distance. The tapas/buffet was pretty extensive too.
I’ve been on lots of whale and dolphin watching boat trips in the past but this was the best ever. We saw pilot whales close to the boat and so many dolphins playing at the front of the catamaran every time it started its engines it was amazing No crowded boat here just a small and friendly experience ( max 24 people) with lunch , drinks and transfers included. Would definitely recommend this trip.
We had a great time, we were able to see dolphins and whales, the guys on the boat were charming and explained things very well and provided great service, we laughed a lot with them, I would repeat it without a doubt.
