Disappointed

The biggest problem with the tour is I booked it for 6 people to be picked up at the cruise terminal port and dropped off at the airport. The tour guide showed up in a dodge Durango. I have never booked a tour for 6 people where they did not show up with a large van. We managed to squeeze everybody on with their luggage but it was most uncomfortable. The tour guide did his best to show us Vancover.

Operator response

Hi Thomas, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry the vehicle arrangement did not meet your expectations and that the journey was uncomfortable. This booking was made as a private sightseeing tour rather than a dedicated cruise-to-airport transfer. Our standard tours operate with SUVs and are planned to carry the confirmed number of passengers comfortably; they are not automatically equipped to accommodate a full group plus cruise luggage unless the luggage quantity is confirmed in advance. For the record, our team contacted you several times before the tour to confirm the number and size of the bags, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response. Without that information, we were unable to determine that a larger vehicle would be required. We apologize for the misunderstanding and that you expected a van. We are pleased that your guide still did his best to provide an enjoyable tour of Vancouver, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve how we communicate vehicle and luggage requirements to future guests.

Relaxing drive through Vancouver

This is an excellent introduction to Vancouver's city and park venues. Our guide, Stefan, was very accommodating and flexible and tailored our trip to our requests. He did not take us to a few areas that we would be seeing later in the mnth with our cruise tour and instad we visited more of the historic neighbourhoods ov Vancouver such as Chinatown and Queen Elizabeth Park.

Vancouver highlight tour

In a short period of time, we covered the highlights of the city, and gave us a good roadmap of where to return over the next few days of visiting. Engaging and interesting, the time flew by.

Fantastic introduction to a gorgeous city

Our morning with Adrian was the perfect introduction to a city we will definitely return to. He picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise terminal, with plenty of time to spare before our boarding time. He tailored our morning to our interests. Adrian clearly loves his adopted city and is an engaging and informative host. This was definitely a better use of our time than one of the cruise-offered bus tours!

2 Hour City of Vancouver Tour

Quick tour of the city only allows enough time to view the city which was exactly what our family wanted. If you are looking to stop and browse, this tour is not for you. Our driver Adrian, was informative, funny and over all great. I would recommend this tour!!
