Total scam

Lack of transparency during the Halloween season and abusive restrictions I want to place on record my absolute disappointment after visiting the park this past Sunday. Their massive advertising for the "Halloween Season" is completely misleading for the visitor who buys a general admission ticket: 1. Misleading advertising and lack of information: They promote experiences like the horror passages (IT, The Nun, The Conjuring, Chernobyl) with great fanfare, but they clearly omit that absolutely all of them have a mandatory additional cost. Furthermore, they do not visibly warn that the entertainment and street actors are limited to specific days. Paying for general admission and parking on a Sunday only to find that there is only static decoration and two shows is a scam. 2. Abuse with food and dietary discrimination: As a person with celiac disease, I find it intolerable that they prohibit bringing in outside food when their gluten-free offering inside the park is alarmingly limited, repetitive, and has abusive prices. Restricting food access for people with strict medical needs, forcing them to pay exorbitant prices for insufficient options, borders on illegal. As a consumer, I demand that you be transparent in your campaigns, that you specify which days there is real entertainment and which attractions require paying more, and that you respect the rights of people with food intolerances. Certainly, I do not plan to set foot in the park again.

Very cool

Ideal park to go to with family or a group of friends. Tickets are quite expensive if you buy them at the ticket office (€61 if I'm not mistaken), but if you buy them online and in advance, they are much cheaper. Due to the weather, we waited until the same day and were lucky enough to find an offer that worked for us; otherwise, being 4 people, it would have cost us a fortune, since the child is 11 years old but already pays as an adult. It opens at 12 noon; I don't know if entry is allowed earlier to be able to line up. It allows water to be brought in, which is greatly appreciated. It does not allow food to be brought in; on one hand, I understand because these parks work that way, but compared to other parks, there are fewer food trucks and food options. We went on Thursday, August 27th, the park was full, and we found several restaurants closed, including the "Gotham City Grill," and either you waited in endless lines to eat or you hoped for a stroke of luck and hoped to find one of the few kiosks that were in the park. Given that it was a day with bad weather and having read reviews from people who talked about much shorter lines than in other parks, we did not expect the infinite lines that there were (at "Scooby-Doo's Adventure," as soon as we entered the park it said a 5-minute wait, the line we waited in was over an hour and a half), so we opted to buy a "fast pass" because we were only going to be there for one day and at that rate we weren't going to be able to get on anything. For that, we went to the information point (which is at the entrance) since we couldn't figure out the app, and a woman there explained it to us perfectly. It must be said that the park staff, for the most part, is very pleasant. Even with the fast pass, we waited in line for 40 minutes for "Batman Gotham City Escape," and there were people in the regular line who had been waiting for three and a half hours. The "DC Super-Villains Stunt Show" seemed amazing to us, we loved it.... The stunts on vehicles were impressive. The final show is also very cool. I was expecting something different, but they managed to surprise me; it is also true that being tired at 12 at night takes its toll and you no longer enjoy everything the same way. In conclusion, it is a great place to go with the kids or friends and enjoy a day of adventure.

Worth it!

This theme park is amazing!! There is so much to do. Although, the rides are all extreme so if you don’t like that then unfortunately there is no rides for you. Despite this , there’s still a days worth of stuff to do there

Great thrills

There was almost no line in the middle of the week. I particularly enjoyed the originality of the Batman and Stunt Fall roller coasters. A must-try for fans of the genre. The shows were in themes that suit me and were appreciated.

Good theme park but needs work. Main ride closed all day with no explanation

This is a great theme park but just need to rectify some issues. The shows are a great experience to the theme park and really breaks up the day. The meets and greats are great and really welcoming. The rides are good however the operations of these is poor a long with the communication. Rides saying they are closed when they are open and rides staying closed for most of the day or even the full day. My biggest disappointment was there main ride was closed all day with no explanation (later googled and found there has been a incident on this ride a few weeks ago however seems like the park are trying to hide this). The admission ticket is reasonable however need to work on communication to guests. We went in a quiet day and was easy to get everything done with loads of time to spare and the food at fosters was very good for a theme park.

THEME PARK IN DECLINE

Warner isn't what it used to be. Yesterday, September 8th, with a temperature of 37 degrees: all water rides closed except Rio Bravo. Superman closed for technical inspection. The Batman roller coaster, where there was an accident a week ago with a person seriously injured, is closed. Yogi Bear closed forever. There was no musical. The Chinese theater has been boarded up for a long time. What this park used to be and what it is now, a real shame. Police Academy has gone down in history. Years ago there was a show called Lethal Weapon on the central lake and that has gone down in history, too. And it is also shameful that they force you to consume at the restaurants if you want to eat, because they still search your backpack when you enter. I guess the admission and parking are cheap, and they also want to rip you off with the food. The admission is very expensive and there are fewer and fewer rides and entertainment... Shameful

Attractions closed

I went for 2 days, Saturday the 5th and Sunday the 6th of September, many attractions closed, Batman, rapids, waterfalls among others.... They offered to validate the tickets for another visit, but I am from Malaga.... I asked them for some Road Runner passes for Sunday and they told me no, so I had to file a consumer complaint against them.

Bad time

Half the rides are closed, they confiscate all your food at the entrance but then have no food to sell in the park (unless you are happy to wait in line 2 hours for the few restaurants they have) it no longer what it used to be

We had a good time.

Two days at the park with an overnight stay at an associated hotel at a very competitive price. The park is very cool and very clean. It is smaller than Port Aventura, but it reminded me a bit of Disney in terms of decorations. The rides are very good. The staff is generally good, but there is a mix. The food situation is horrible, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. It is the only park I have been to that does not allow outside food. In our case, we went to Foster's both days and ate well. Two kids' menus, a substantial burger, chicken fingers, and two 0.5 L beers for 66 euros seems reasonable to me. To anyone who thinks it is exorbitant, do not go to Disney. As for the lines, obviously going during the week was wonderful. Going on a holiday or during vacation periods is not an option. I imagine it is a lottery, but I did not see anyone cutting in line during the two days. In my experiences at Port Aventura and Tibidabo, there are always people cutting in line like crazy. Certainly, on the Coaster Express, you can come out sore. My testicles were banging against the seat, to cite one of many parts of my body that were shaken. I don't understand why they start testing the rides when the park opens. Can't they do it before? You arrive first and have to wait between 15-20 min. I don't see the point, although I'm sure it has one. Well, it can be repeated. Tomorrow to Puy du Fou, that great unknown to many.
