The hands-on experience of kneading the dough, shaping the pasta, and finally cooking it was incredibly rewarding. The end result was a delicious, homemade pasta meal that we all enjoyed together. The combination of outdoor adventure and culinary creativity made for a perfect day. I took my family to Italy and this was the best guided tour. We loved the food making (pasta and tiramisù) and Anna and Nadia's fun company!
