Disappointing treatment and ride
We bought the 4 day pass to make the most of our trip. The trolleys are always full and lines are long in the sun or rain. 😥 I'm a disabled veteran but because I look young and physically able I'm judged to not be disabled and asked to stand for elderly which I can't do. 🤬 There should be more trolleys so people can actually sit. It's uncomfortable and dangerous being on the highway with people standing. Felt like a huge waste of money to buy this pass to be treated so poorly. Nobody should be expected to stand regardless of abilities! 😩

Best way to get oriented
What a fabulous way to orientate yourself with Honolulu - O’ahu. We took a 4 day pass because only $10pp extra than a single day. On the first day we did the Blue line (coastal) then the Red line (historical) and then the next day the Green line (Diamond head) and repeated the Blue line. Loved every bit of the tours. If staying longer could use the hop on / hop off function or the Pink line for Resturant’s & shopping outside of Waikiki if you wanted.

Great experience, driver/tour guide was amazing
Amazing experience. It was worth it. The driver/tour guide named Hula was the best. He was so funny and provided alot of great information and rich history about the island during the ride. I had to get off towards the end of the ride back to Waikiki for lunch and wasnt aure I'd get him on the ride back so I made sure to tip him. I'm glad I did because I realized its not easy being a public speaker or veing funny or entertaining in public. The ride was amazing~

Long wait
Had to wait a long time in a line in the sun. It was windy so there were only smaller enclosed buses offered. The guide was amazing. However. We stopped at most stops on the way back where people had been waiting for hours to be picked up from their stops. So even if you wanted to get off on a stop you wouldn’t because you see people stranded at every stop. Would not recommend

We’re very sorry for the long wait and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait outside in the sun and then see other guests experiencing delays along the route. Due to the high winds that day, we were unable to safely operate some of our larger open-air trolleys and had to use smaller enclosed vehicles instead. Unfortunately, the reduced capacity contributed to longer-than-usual wait times and affected our hop-on, hop-off service throughout the day. While safety must always come first, we completely understand that this had a significant impact on your experience. We’re glad to hear that you still had a great experience with your guide, and we truly appreciate you recognizing their efforts despite the difficult conditions. We apologize that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to better manage service during unexpected weather conditions.
