I had bad experience with...
I had bad experience with the fireworks cruise because me and my wife could not get there. I was getting parking went cruise.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that you and your wife were unable to make it to the fireworks cruise because of the difficulty finding parking. We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were already trying to get to the boat and were looking forward to enjoying the evening together.
While we cannot control parking availability or traffic around Waikiki, we certainly understand how quickly those challenges can become stressful when you are trying to make a scheduled departure. Our cruises operate on a set schedule, and unfortunately, we are not able to delay departure for guests who are still making their way to the marina.
For future guests, we always recommend allowing plenty of extra time for parking, traffic, and walking to the departure location, particularly on Friday evenings when Waikiki can be especially busy. Arriving early can make the check-in process much more relaxed and help ensure there is plenty of time to find parking and get to the boat without feeling rushed.
We are genuinely sorry that you and your wife missed the cruise and did not get to experience the fireworks from the water. We hope you will consider joining us again on a future visit to Oahu so we can provide you with the fun and memorable experience you were hoping for.

Sunset cruise of my dreams
I highly recommend this sunset + fireworks cruise in Honolulu! The complementary Mai tais and beautiful sunset views were spectacular. The fireworks at the end of the cruise made it so special during our stay in Oahu. The only con I have is the check in was a bit confusing- we couldn’t locate the correct line for our cruise. There were multiple fireworks cruises boarding at the same time and the signage was not there to guide us. We were standing in the wrong line and almost missed the cruise! Thankfully, we made it :).

Great trip to see the fireworks

Disappointed
We were fifteen minutes late leaving the dock due to a few late arrivals. We were back at the dock earlier than promoted on the website. Only one restroom was working for over 100 passengers. Seating was limited outside.

Disappointed
Not appropriate for children. It was a much shorter round trip than advertised. The crew waited fifteen minutes past the scheduled departure. Only one working head for over 100 passengers.

Save Your Money and Watch From the Shore
Boarding was prompt at 6:30p but that’s where the fun ended. The boat proceeded to the viewing spot moving as slowly as it possibly could. The movement was so slow the boat rolled from side to side the whole time.
Even at this slow pace we were there in 30 minutes. If it was going at a normal speed, we would have been there in about 7 to 8 minutes. And then we just sat there for 45 minutes until the fireworks began.
The fireworks were wonderful but are only 5 minutes long, after which we headed back to the dock. Arrived at 8pm, not the 2 hour cruise as promised.
The crew were very upbeat and friendly and they did offer free small pours of Mai Tais and small bagged snacks. But really, small compensation for a disappointing tour.

Very fun and relaxing.
Very fun. The crew did a great job. Johnny worked hard to make sure everyone was happy. We took fireworks cruise which was more on the relaxing side. They do offer many options for day cruising. Highly recommend.
