We booked this tour through Viator but there was no further information and communication from the tour company , when I sent a WhatsApp message directly I was told that my tour was booked for 10 hrs and I was asked if I was picked up . When I told them that I did not get picked up then the message said that they don’t have my booking and I should contact Viator myself
