Good tour but with missing important information
Though the tour, and especially the well-informed guide, Antonio, and the skilled driver, Alvaro, were good value, there is a vital piece of information missing from the website information about this tour. Because of the restrictions on vehicles stopping in Soller centre, the coach set down and pick up location is on the outskirts, half a kilometre from the centre. My partner and I are 73 and, whilst reasonably fit for our age, were severely taxed by a return walk of one kilometre along shadeless streets in 35 degree C full sun. We should have had this information in the activity description at the time of booking so we could have made a fully informed choice. Fortunately, at Valldemossa, the arrival/departure point is just a few metres from the centre. We understand Soller’s congestion problems, we do not understand why they were not signalled at booking, so that those like us who are elderly or have health challenges could make a fully informed decision about whether to book it or not. (Another point to note, there was no stop at the Son Marroig viewing point, as advertised.)
Operator response
Thank you for such a detailed and constructive review. We’re pleased that you found the tour good value and particularly appreciated Antonio’s knowledge and Álvaro’s skilled driving.
Your point regarding the drop-off location in Sóller is very relevant. Due to vehicle access restrictions, coaches cannot always stop close to the centre, which means that reaching it involves an additional walk. We completely understand that, particularly in temperatures such as those you experienced, this can make a significant difference. Information about walking distances and access conditions is important when deciding whether an excursion is suitable for each guest, and we appreciate you highlighting the need for this to be made clearer before booking.
We have also taken note of your comment regarding the advertised stop at the Son Marroig viewpoint and will review this point against the itinerary provided for the excursion.
Thank you for recognising the positive aspects of the day while also giving us such specific feedback on where the information provided can be improved.

Poor time keeping and unacceptable delays. Lack of info on locations visited. A frustrating experience.
Pick up 15 minutes late. Took us to main bus. Visit to both locations good but tour guide Tomi although knowledgeable was not forthcoming with info of Majorca or locations visited.
Arrived back in Palma and sat on bus for 50 mins waiting for another bus to take us to pick up point. After several complaints driver drove off and took us to pick up point. Tomi left 35 minutes earlier, no apology from anyone.
Not a reliable company, poor customer service. Would avoid in future.
Operator response
Thank you for taking the time to describe your experience in detail. We’re pleased to read that you enjoyed the visits themselves, but we’re sorry that the organisation surrounding the transfers and the communication during the day left you with such a negative impression.
In particular, we understand your frustration regarding the wait in Palma before returning to your pick-up point. Regardless of the operational circumstances on the day, a prolonged wait without clear information can be frustrating, and communication in situations like this is especially important.
We also take note of your comments regarding the information provided during the excursion. Our guides are expected not only to coordinate the different stages of the day, but also to provide relevant information about Mallorca and the places visited.
We will review the circumstances of this service internally, including the timings and return transfer, as your description raises points that deserve to be checked. We regret that the experience ended this way and that the service you received did not meet your expectations.

¡Qué excursión!
What an excursion! From start to finish, a perfect mastery of the subject from the guide, passionate and who likes to transmit.
The landscapes and villages we stop in are beautiful
The bus driver was perfect with delicate driving. He knew how to manage his bus in difficult situations (passage in the mountains) which allowed us to focus on the visit.
Do not hesitate to go there, it is to do on the island.
I highly recommend it.

From about 6 hours 11 hours
Unfortunately very disappointed, we hoped for a 6 hour trip as it was planned to Soller and Valdemossa. First we drove 2 hours to Palma to change to the scheduled buses. Unfortunately, it's a mess. Are then to soller, there only 1 hour stay. Then to Valdemossa, there a half hour stay. Afterwards back to Palma and from there back to the hotel for 2 hours.
Not a good organization. Generally for the stays not even time cozy something to eat. Were on the road for a total of 6 hours 11 hours.

Transportation Bus Broke Down
The visit to Sóller was a long walk from the bus to town where there is only shopping. The only best place for Photos is where the bus stops. In Valldemossa they give you one hour to walk around. Our bus did not arrive to pick us up as they said “it was broken” in the chaos we took a bus out back to starting point.

Good tour, poor communication
Beautiful scenery. Terrible communication about pickup. We booked through Viator and paid extra for hotel pickup. We were assigned an 8am pickup and to be 10 minutes early. We waited from 7:50am-8:15 when I messaged the company through the Viator App and got no response. When I called at 8:35am I was told they don’t do hotel pickup and that we needed to be at a meeting place at 8:35, which we obviously weren’t. When I called I was told that communication would have been sent through What’s App which was not indicated in the Viator details. We got to the meeting point and the bus returned for us. The tour was good, just plan for it to be all day as we didn’t get done until 4pm and the bus back to the meeting spot didn’t leave until 4:45pm.

Title was misleading - tour was only half day
It was not a full day tour as indicated in the title. We left a little late than scheduled and came back to starting point after 4 hours. Also, we were not in a Cabrio bus as described in the title, but rode in a closed tourist bus. However, itinerary was great, stops were very scenic. Our tour guide, Antonio, was knowledgeable who did the narratives in 3 languages!
