Heriberto was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about Tulum and gave a great tour. He was also patient with us when our teenagers wanted to stop for snacks. We had an excellent day!

Heriberto was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about Tulum and gave a great tour. He was also patient with us when our teenagers wanted to stop for snacks. We had an excellent day!
The private excursion was a luxury. I would like to highlight the service of the advisor Demian, who was attentive and helpful with our questions. Our guide Heriberto deserves all the stars; he is an excellent professional, kind, polite, punctual, and super warm. We recommend all the company's private tours without hesitation.
Irvin, our tour guide was wonderful. Excellent communication and punctual. Lovely air con car with cheery vibe. Everything was organised and smooth. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic experience. Irving was fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly. Had a blast and would highly recommend.
Heriberto was absolutely amazing. We are so grateful that we got him as a tour guide. He made us feel so safe and he made sure that we were happy. He even took an additional stop to make sure that we were able to have authentic Mexican food. Thank you so much, Heriberto.
Our driver and guide Heriberto was lovely and so knowledgeable! He was well prepared to answer questions and share fun facts and history with us. Tulum was empty first thing in the morning which made for an even better experience before the heat and crowds. Heriberto took care of everything for us. When we got to Akumul he arranged for a turtle guide to help us see as many turtles as possible. He was ready with plenty of water and took us to a nice spot for food. What a wonderful person and fun experience.
Absolutely incredible time, couldn’t have been any better! Couldn’t fault the trip at all and our guide was so knowledgable- always looking out for us, making sure we could all keep up! 100% recommend
Had a brilliant private tour with Adrian. Adrian picked us up on time from our hotel at 6:30 am and explained about the day we would have in visiting Chichen Itza, Cenote and also to the town of Valladolid. Adrian allowed us to catch up on some sleep in the car as it was a few hours to get to Chichen and allowed us to stop and buy some hot drinks on the way. The tour of Chichen was amazing and Adrian had lots of key information to share and extra details on an iPad. We also got some time on the way round to stop and buy some souvenirs from traders all round the Chichen site. We then headed off to a private site for lunch and Cenote swim. Adrian made this extra special by lending a go-pro so we could film in the Cenote which was amazing! Lunch was excellent with lots of great Mexican food in a really lovely setting. We then stopped in Valladolid for a walk around and coffee, with Adrian taking us to a local artisan centre for some shopping. Great drive back to hotel and arrived back around 7. It was a long day out but one that was very relaxed and Adrian was an excellent guide and host all day. This trip was really worth it.
Excellent tour from our knowledgeable driver and guide Heriberto aka Eddie. He picked us up on time at 7am from our hotel north of Playa del Carmen and took us to the Tulum ruins arriving shortly after opening time when it was very quiet. He gave us a very informative tour of the ruins enhancing his talk with many interesting pictures from his iPad. From there he took us to a beach resort in Akumal where he handed us over to our snorkelling guide who took us to see turtles and lots of fish on the reef. Eddie was always attentive , he had cold drinks on hand in the minibus, took care of the entrance tickets and demonstrated lots of useful knowledge about the local area . Eddie gave us the option to go for lunch in Playa del Carmen but we chose to head back to our hotel where we arrived around 1pm. All in all a lovely and interesting morning and well worth the cost for a private and personalised tour which is just so much easier than a group tour.
Was a great time! Eddie was super fun and informative about everything. Having him lead us really elevated the experience.
