VIP Private Day Memphis city ,Sakkara pyramids & Dahshur

I spent the day with Ahmad (guide) and Shaady (driver) visiting Dahshour, Memphis and Saqqara, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of my Egypt trip. I booked the tour through Viator and spoke directly with the owner, Hishaam, beforehand. He confirmed the entire itinerary and that I would be picked up at 7:00am, and everything went smoothly. We started at Dahshour and finished at Saqqara. Ahmad and Shaady were both fantastic — very friendly, energetic and genuinely jolly people. There was plenty of laughter throughout the day, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than like a typical rigid guided tour. Ahmad is a qualified tourist guide and clearly has immense knowledge of Ancient Egyptian history. What I particularly appreciated was that he didn't constantly bombard me with unnecessary information or make up stories just for entertainment. He spoke less, but what he said was on point and meaningful. He knows his stuff. He even explained how many years he had studied the history of the 31 dynasties of Ancient Egypt, and you can really see the depth of knowledge behind what he tells you. At the same time, both Ahmad and Shaady were very cool and easy-going. Nothing felt rushed or overly formal. One of the best highlights of my entire Egypt trip was actually the walk between the pyramids at Dahshour. This wasn't originally part of the itinerary, but I asked Ahmad if we could walk between them, and he happily did it with me. That spontaneous little addition ended up being one of my favourite moments of the day. A big thank you to Ahmad and Shaady for making the day so enjoyable. Two genuinely great guys who I would happily recommend to anyone wanting to explore the ancient sites around Cairo. Thanks again, Ahmad & Shaady! 🙏

Perfect way to visit the piramides of Djoser at Saqqara and the Red and Bent ones at Dashur. We missed/skipper the Memphis. It is recommended to arrange a driver for the whole trip, you need a car aftershave you pass the entrance gates. Rafaat was a very pleasant driver. He also took is to the usual tourist stops, but no problem to skip this at your request.

The tour was great, exactly what I had in mind when I booked it. Raafat is both a great driver who knows the sites and a good guide in terms of explanations. He speaks good English and very easy to talk to do I had a very good time overall. Plus he's efficient in terms of time to go to a place to another or the pick up.

We had a great tour with Ehab and Shady, arrived on time and very accommodating the entire trip. We learned a lot and had zero issues. It was awesome!

We were able to book this tour the night before and guide Ahmed and driver George did a great job. We were able to see all of the sights we wanted to see efficiently and Ahmed took lots of great photos of us. We were able to request to see additional tombs at the Sakkara site and that was well worth it - so if there is something you want to see let them know!
