Monkey Home Puerto Plata
Meeting with Monkeys and Dominican Traditions Enjoy a distinguished experience in a private 5-acre natural sanctuary dedicated to conservation. Your VIP immersion begins with a journey into the past through local aromas: you will observe the artisan method of coffee and chocolate in ancient times, enjoying an exclusive tasting. In addition, you will witness a master demonstration of the art of rolling Dominican premium tobacco cigars. The tour continues along trails that are home to endemic plantations and small species such as exotic turtles and birds, giving way to the peak moment: a close encounter with the friendly squirrel monkeys.
