We had an excellent experience with Get your guide /Ocean air Travel. Our guide was Ramadan who was super cool and very helpful. He took time to explain and show us everything. They came on time to pick us up and drop us at our hotel. We had an amazing experience. I would recommend Ramadan and his tour company. I would use them again if I ever went back to Dubai . Our trip was a full day in Abu Dhabi
The Most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE in Dubai!!! I Was so waiting for this trip, both me and my wife was excited!! we booked via groupon, and the groupon promised everything from Camel riding, to sandboard riding and dune bashing for 35Minutes, that was part of the advertising. Once we were picked up, we arrived to first spot, the driver told us we have 1.5 hours in some mid locations with ATV, that we need to PAY FOR, and is not included in the trip, so everyone in the car told him lets go to camp, no one wants to pay extra, and he said this spot is a MUST and he will not skip it, if you don't want to take atv, just sit and wait for 1.5 hours, very very rude. so because we had nothing more to do, we paid from own pocket 250AED for an ATV, then we finished and finally went to the camp. There the true horror has started, we got to DUNE bashing, which was suppose to be the highlight of the trip, the whole thing lasted 5minutes at best, when we asked, but you promised us 35min of dune bashing, he said there is much people and he has no time, how is it our fault?! we paid for 35min! Ok, next... our driver that came with us, simple disappeared and left us alone, and wrote us whatsapp, go find camels/sandboards and do them, when you are done go inside camp. we come to the camels, and there is a HUGE line, and each of the "free" camel rides, get it literally for 1min to make some pics and that's it, BUT there is an alternative, you can pay EXTRA 20AED per person, and take NORMAL camel ride that was promised to be included in the tour, so again we had nothing to do so again we ended up paying from our own pocket 40AED for a couple, and even this lasted 5min instead of the promised 10. Next step we go for food, and again, they want to extract money from you, 1000 people in a small camp sitting on the floor and the "FREE" food would start in 7PM when we didn't eat whole day from 2PM~ until 7PM and now 5:30PM~, BUT obviously you have option to enter to eat NOW but price is 50AED per person, so again we paid from our own pocket.... the food was horrible at best, and then we watched some waste of time lame show and just killed our whole day. Our driver picked us up in 2pm~ and we came in 10pm~ to our hotel which was a HUGE waste of our day/time. When we told him about our horrible experience, that basically in every stop they extracted money from us and didn't deliver NOTHING from what was promised, he said yes, i agree 100% , i'll speak to company to get you a refund. obviously non of this happen, and the company said we were delivered EVERYTHING and you get nothing. so we ended up wasting over 700AED instead of 220 we paid for the trip, wasted a whole day, and got a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience from the whole trip that was suppose to be AWESOME! stay away!!!! better pay more to a normal provider and not those scammers! I am so pissed!!!!

Abu Dubai building and masajids arts of Arab is the heart attraction for me.highiest building and shopping mall.All things are new for me.Also thanks to the company for making my trip luxurious and also recommended my colleagues for best services.
