Wrong language. Reference numbers that no one answers.

Ordered and paid for and “confirmed” an Italian-language tour. At the meeting point, an English-speaking guide showed up. I asked for an explanation, but very rudely and impolitely, they replied that they only conduct tours in English. But I have written confirmation that the guide would have been in Italian. Contact number for the local provider that no one answers. Viator number with 24-hour assistance, but a recording answers saying: service only from 9 am to 6 pm. !!!
