A brilliant day. Our guide Felipe was excellent throughout - was clear with safety instructions, fun to chat to and an all round great guy. Our clothes and bags were waiting for us ready at the store and the post hike snacks and drinks topped off the day. One of those experiences you can truly say was worth every cent (peso).
The trail was intermediate to high for my girlfriend, but thanks to the Terra Volcano team we reached the top and it was incredible. They prioritize safety and everything was very calm, and all the guides supported and accompanied us so that everyone reached the top. It was incredible. I recommend to everyone. The trail is fantastic, the top even more so.

I spontaneously decided to attempt the ascent the following day. I was able to test the equipment for the next day immediately and without complications. All the equipment was of very good quality and was well selected. The guide Felipe did everything perfectly, everything that could be done. His English was excellent and he was always very kind and polite. He helped me whenever it was necessary and motivated me without overwhelming me. Although the conditions were not ideal, with Felipe I felt safe at all times and was able to trust him fully. I recommend him to everyone and would do it again without hesitation. Thanks to that, I was able to experience a truly indescribable adventure.

I'm used to doing trekkings with agencies/guides. I had already made a volcano before, also in Chile (but without snow) and by far Richard was the best guide!. Professionalism score 10, excellent person, careful, attentive to detail. In this particular trekking, he took an auxiliary guide, Yamila, another person as competent as he and who made the whole experience very worthwhile. Super recommend the agency, because professionalism and safety did not lack!!!
