Overall, it was a good experience. I was able to buy my ticket online while standing in the lobby and managed to skip the long line for the cashier. The elevator takes you to the 37th floor, and that feels really fast. But then I waited a long time on the 37th floor to get the next elevator to go up further, and then there's a final staircase, a couple of floors, to get to the outside deck. I understand that's the way the building is built and there's no way to avoid it, but you should go in knowing that it'll take a while to get to the exterior deck. The interior windows on, I think it was the 40th and 41st floors, go all the way around, but it's quite hot in there, and they're basically the exact same view as the 37th floor and the outdoor deck, so it's multiple floors of the same thing essentially. The staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend it for a different perspective on Mexico City.
I highly recommend it; from up there you can appreciate a spectacular view of the city.
I recommend buying online to avoid lines, if you visit the city you should not miss this stop since it offers incredible views, arriving at the viewpoint you can pay to experience a roller coaster in VIRTUAL REALITY also 10/10, the journey to go up is very fast since they use elevators, but it takes you around 1 hour to do the tour. The staff is very friendly and you can always approach them to ask for help. There is a souvenir shop, in it there is a special machine to make elongated coins, this type of machine can also be found at the Chapultepec zoo, I recommend bringing 1 $10 coin and 1 $1 (MX) coin so that you can take that souvenir.
It was an incredible experience since you can see the city from the very top.
Excellent option to get to know CDMX. The viewpoint's hours are very extensive and that allowed us to go up at night, which made the visit more beautiful
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The police attack you if you sit down even though it was clearly raining outside and we were all tired of standing for hours waiting for the elevators in this place. Inhumane treatment by the guards, today Friday, 07/17, 9PM.
Its observation deck located at the summit offers a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the entire capital. It is the ideal place, especially at sunset, to admire the immensity of the city, its lights, its parks, and to catch a glimpse of the volcanoes in the distance when the sky is clear. Get your tickets on the official website; it costs much less!
It was rewarding to see everything from the tower; seeing the structural and foundation plans excited me a lot. However, I left with some doubts. It would be perfect to have staff available to ask questions 🥺, and if there could be even more structural information, it would be incredible. I felt it was very little and already very close to the end.
Great views! It was lovely seeing all of Mexico. There’s a gift shop inside. You can even be outside.
Easy to book, just be sure to find the correct entrance. Friendly and helpful staff.
