Unable to get purchase into Questro app. No support when requsted. I then had to go to Questro and purchase again.

We want to investigate this double payment immediately and fix the underlying issue. Please email us at explore@questoapp.com so we can get this sorted out and offer you a free quest to make up for the hassle.
Great app. The quests take us on a tour of beautiful places. The stories aren’t great but it’s really not important (or the translation doesn’t do them justice 😂.) The puzzles are not too hard. I did two in Vienna, Austria, we had a great time. Great for the price.
WiFi to downlaod, offline for the game. It was a great way to visit parts of Vienna that were fun. Also, a good walk
Thank you for your review! Glad to hear you enjoyed the walk and discovered fun parts of Vienna. And yes—once downloaded, the game works fully offline, making it easy to explore without worries.
This could be really fun however today it was not. Vienna is a really busy city and I found the time taken to read the clues and look for the answers led to doddering about in really busy touristy areas. It’s been really sunny (yay) but that meant the sun glinting off my phone screen made reading the clues more difficult. We gave up early on as the experience was not enjoyable for us today, however, I would definitely try this again elsewhere
Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're sorry to hear the experience didn’t meet your expectations this time. We understand how a busy city and bright sun can affect gameplay. That said, we’re glad to hear you’re open to trying Questo again—many of our quests are in quieter areas or parks, and we’d love to help you find one better suited to your preferences. Feel free to reach out anytime at explore@questoapp.com.
We enjoyed the self guided tour. We found most of the puzzles easy and thr storey interesting and amusing. The buildings we saw were special sites across Vienna, some of which we would otherwise not have known about or visited.

Had a little bit of issue downloading the game but enjoyed once we got in. Nice to be able to see the sites at our own pace and my kids enjoyed finding the clues to move on to next location.

I liked the challenge. the beautiful views on the way, the historic basis connecting different issues and time periods, the chance to see little-known gems and known ones, and the way the quest promoted looking around me.
