Budapest and Bratislava were amazing cities, But every city needs to visited apart. Joining both cities in one day misses many attractions.
Just a great experience, beautiful downtowns and surrounding areas, best food I have ever tasted, fun day
Very beautiful and interesting! It is worth it even though there is a lot of driving to do Lots of information about the 2 cities
Perfect for seeing the important areas and saving time Learning the history of the city and letting yourself be guided
The pickup was smooth and right on time. Finding the meeting point was super easy because of their huge sign. There are always crowds of people going to different tours at the same spot, which can feel a bit confusing at first, but don't worry, it’s just one common line for everyone and then they guide you to your group. Just keep in mind that since you are visiting two cities in one day, you will spend a lot of time inside the van. It's a long drive, but the tour does a good job of showing you the main highlights before giving you some free time to explore on your own. Our guide was genuinely nice and friendly, which made the drive much better. Both Budapest and Bratislava are absolutely wonderful. Honestly, I wish I could have stayed longer in each one, but if you have limited time like me and want to see as much as possible, this is your best option. It completely met my expectations.
The trip was canceled and I am awaiting a full refund. I received a message that I was going to receive a partial refund.
View from the minivan back seats not ideal. Tour should include more visits to a few more city sites.
The experience from an organizational standpoint was terrible. The tour started at 8 AM with a pickup at 6:40 AM from the hotel heading to Budapest... instead, we headed to Vienna to pick up other passengers, thus arriving in Budapest at 1:45 PM, spending 7 hours in the car when we were supposed to cover only 200 km according to the schedule. The wine tasting that was in the program did not take place. A positive note is the driver Paolo, who was very nice and helpful with us.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad to hear that you appreciated our driver-guide and his assistance. We are sorry that the journey took longer than expected. Unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur due to traffic conditions, particularly with the ongoing road reconstruction between Vienna and Budapest. Regarding the wine tasting, we are sorry for any misunderstanding, as it is not included in the current tour description. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoyed your time in Budapest and Bratislava.
Driver and guide great. Long trip but informative. Did what it had to do! Guide added a fair amount of history which was great! Lunch in Budapest was mixed. Guide took us to a restaurant far from bus stop and the manager made us sit together even though we were not friends and each were responsible for bill. It was uncomfortable and for some a big problem. Better to give a free hour on your own - like in Bratislava! Group was small . Good. But van way too small , uncomfortable, seats too tight, seatbelts did not give so they were tight. Overall, van experience was claustrophobic ! However, a plus: air conditioning very good!
This day trip was long & travelling lots of kms but very beautiful & well worth it. Our driver Peter was excellent. He is a really nice man, informative, polite & had a good laugh with us. We had 3 other people from 2 other countries with our family & it was a brilliant day. Great day, great memories & most enjoyable. The 2 cities are very beautiful
