Big is NOT Better
We've been to the Chilean wine country several times and had MUCH better tours. Vina Concha del Toro Premium is expensive and not informative or fun. During the tour our group (way too large) was handed over to 6 different guides of which one (with tasting) was great. It was slow moving and very dated videos and animations that were embarrassing (but kids might like but why do them in a huge winery). We learned nothing and were bored to tears. We left before our final premium tasting as we were handed over to our 7th guide/sommelier. Every other tour we've had in this area has been far superior to this experience. Big is not better.

Good arrival time, regarding the guide Kassadra, excellent and good knowledge of the subject; at the Concha y Toro level, the service was a bit disorganized with the service hours and not very personalized, we arrived on time and had to wait to start the tour with many people and for that reason we were not able to appreciate the exhibits, we had to go through without paying attention. With a possible low recommendation to take this tour

Everything was good, very nice, organized, and punctual.
Cansada Acecedo, a professional guide. She clarifies doubts, is super patient in accommodating every tourist, is understandable, the girl is very good at her job. I would have her supervising, and that is only knowing her for a few hours.

Concha de Toro- Amazing Tour
Turistik tours was amazing. We got to the vineyard on time. Milla was very informative and kept us entertained on the way. We sampled 10 wines plus aged cheese. An excellent time in Chile!
