Do not book with Diana. I paid $200 for a St. Mark's tour scheduled at 2:30. She moved the start to 2:00 without my approval, then ignored every call and message as I arrived — 2:01, 2:06, 2:09 — only to reply at 2:10 that "the tour has just started." No offer to meet the group, no effort to accommodate, nothing. I was there ahead of my original time and she left me stranded, then denied the refund. Unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid.
