Our cooking course with Mauro was superb! We had so much fun learning about pasta and Tiramisu. Mauro taught us lots of Italian secrets… we won’t be sharing any of course.
This is a really fun and informative class if you’ve ever wanted to learn hire to make fresh pasta. We went to Nadine’s house and she’s super sweet and patient. Taught us hot make make gnocchi (the pasta kind, not the potato kind) and ravioli. Tiramisu is pretty easy, but the pasta takes some knowledge and technique. After making the pasta, she cooks it for you and you have a nice dinner. We really enjoyed this class and Nadine is a treat. Highly recommend it, especially with Nadine.
Don’t hesitate! My hostess was wonderful, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and so fun! The food was delicious, and she taught me the small tricks that make pasta and tiramisu very doable. She invited 2 friends which made for a very authentic and enjoyable experience. She is lovely!
My mom and I had the most amazing time taking a cooking class with Tessa in Venice. We couldn’t believe it, but she told us it was her very first time hosting, and you would never have guessed—it was seamless, warm, and absolutely unforgettable. What made it even more special was that her 80-year-old mother co-hosted the class with her, sharing not just recipes but also stories, laughter, and generations of Italian culinary tradition. From the moment we stepped into their charming home, we felt like part of the family. The atmosphere was welcoming and authentic, and their love for cooking (and for sharing it with others) was contagious. We learned how to make two types of fresh pasta from scratch and a delicious tiramisu—both of which turned out incredible thanks to their expert guidance and encouragement. This experience was the highlight of our trip. Tessa and her mother’s hospitality, patience, and warmth made it so much more than just a cooking class—it was a heartfelt cultural exchange we’ll cherish forever. If you’re considering a Cesarine class in Venice, this is the one. Thank you so much Tessa and your mother, for such a magical and memorable day!
This is the second time I’ve done a class with Giulia and it was just as amazing as the first time. My husband was able to go this time and he had such a great time! I will definitely be doing it again on my next trip to Venice!
One of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. So much fun! We made pasta, memories and friends. Even bought the kitchen gadgets as soon as we got home to recreate the recipes.
We had a wonderful time with Rosa and Lide. Picked up some cooking tips, new recipes, and new friends. We won't hesitate to come back for more!
Unforgettable Culinary Adventure with Chef Giulia! We're still pinching ourselves after an incredible cooking experience with Chef Giulia in Venezia, Italy! As beginners, we were nervous but excited to dive into the world of pasta-making. Chef Giulia's expertise, patience, and warmth made us feel right at home. From kneading dough to crafting exquisite pasta dishes, Chef Giulia guided us through every step with precision and passion. Her infectious enthusiasm made the learning process effortless and enjoyable. The highlight? Savoring our handmade creations, of course! Each bite was a taste sensation, and we couldn't believe we'd created such mouthwatering masterpieces. Chef Giulia's cooking class is a must-do for anyone visiting Italy. Her knowledge, kindness, and love for Italian cuisine make this experience truly unforgettable. Don't miss out! 5/5 stars!
Quaint and cozy setting making pasta with 8 others…Rosa the host is lively and knowledgeable and her interpreter was clear and kind. Very fun and the end product was delicious.
Definitely the best part of our vacation BY FAR. Rosa was amazing, the food tasted great, learned so much, felt so welcome in her home, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Rosa didn’t ask us for reviews, she was just that amazing. Her daughter also helped and she was just as wonderful. Book with Rosa!
